★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O salão e muito bonito porém o buffet e outros serviços agregados deixou a desejar no dia do meu casamento. Estou decepcionado com o serviço prestado. Contratei festa para 200 e compareceram 112. Meus convidados da metade do salão para o altar não foram servidos. Faltou até água. Levei dois bolos de 250 corte e teve convidado que saiu sem comer bolo pois os garçons falaram que havia acabado o bolo. Ficamos duas horas sem som na festa. E quando conseguiram colocar pra tocar as caixas de som estavam com o médio queimado. Na cervejaria os dois garçons estava bebendo minha cerveja. Foi um estresse só. Atraso para início da cerimônia pois tínhamos horário marcado para começar pois o pastor tinha outro compromisso na cidade vizinha. E acabou que atrasou a cerimônia. Foi solicitado para não deixar entrar pessoas sem o convite individual e ainda colocamos uma lista na portaria, mesmo assim entrou pessoas que não foram convidadas. A todo momento os funcionários estavam pedindo doces e bolo pra levar para casa. E a todo momento fui chamado para resolver os problemas que minha cunhada sinalizava para o serviço de buffet e cerimonial que estavam errados. E eles me vinham me chamar para falar que ela estava reclamando. Porém todas as solicitações que ela fez ao funcionário estava correta os mesmos aceitavam e no final não faziam o que havia sido solicitado. A decoração foi combinado uma coisa e feita outra, totalmente fora da realidade que conversamos. E olha que ainda enviamos as fotos e conversamos sobre tudo. Resumindo. Quebra de acordo e falta de respeito com o nosso sonho que acabou em um pesadelo. Não recomendo a ninguém. Hoje ouvi do dono que tenho que entrar na justiça para requerer os meus direitos. Decepção total com a forma que fomos tratados neste local.
The lounge is very beautiful but the buffet and other added services left something to be desired on my wedding day. I am disappointed with the service provided. I hired a party for 200 and 112 attended. My guests from half the hall to the altar were not served. We even lacked water. I took two 250-cut cakes and had a guest who left without eating a cake because the waiters said the cake was over. We spent two hours without sound at the party. And when they managed to put the speakers to play, they had their medium burned. At the brewery the two waiters were drinking my beer. It was just stress. Delay for the beginning of the ceremony because we had an appointment to start because the pastor had another appointment in the neighboring city. And it ended up delaying the ceremony. We were asked not to let people in without the individual invitation and we still put a list in the lobby, even so people who were not invited entered. At all times the employees were asking for sweets and cake to take home. And every moment I was called to solve the problems that my sister-in-law signaled to the buffet and ceremonial services that were wrong. And they came to call me to say that she was complaining. However, all requests that she made to the employee were correct, they accepted and in the end did not do what had been requested. The decoration was combined one thing and made another, totally out of the reality that we talked about. And look, we still sent the photos and talked about everything. In short. Breach of agreement and lack of respect for our dream that ended in a nightmare. I don't recommend it to anyone. Today I heard from the owner that I have to go to court to claim my rights. Total disappointment with the way we were treated in this place.
