★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabor do lanche deixou a desejar, principalmente devido a espera de mais de 1 hora e desorganização no atendimento. É um lugar muito bom e tem tudo para dar certo, precisa apenas melhorar esses pontos cruciais.
 Flavor of the snack left something to be desired, mainly due to the wait of more than 1 hour and disorganization in the service. It's a very good place and it has everything to go right, you just need to improve on these crucial points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me serviram batatas frias , gentilmente o rapaz trocou , o sorvete demorou para ser servido e a qualidade do leite em pó, do creme de avelã e do sorvete que estava puro floco de gelo ; deixaram muito a desejar ! Tive um experiência infeliz apesar de muita gente ter me dado referências ótimas deste lugar .
Talvez eu tenha ido em um dia ruim .
I was served cold potatoes, the boy kindly changed them, the ice cream took a while to be served and the quality of the powdered milk, the hazelnut cream and the ice cream that was pure flake ice; left a lot to be desired! I had an unfortunate experience even though a lot of people gave me great references from this place.
Maybe I went on a bad day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar estava cheio, tanto o salão no térreo (acredito que em breve um novo espaço será liberado no 1° andar) como as mesas do lado de fora. Os atendentes ficaram numa mesa para organizar a chegada e a reserva da mesa (Bem organizado)
Foram 40 minutos até o lanche chegar. As batatas vieram antes, temperadas com sal e pimenta, porém não estavam tão crocantes mas estavam gostosas. O burguer (pedi o Tradi Bacon) estava gostoso também porém quase não senti o sabor do molho da casa. O ambiente é bem agradável sem cheiro de fritura típico das praças de alimentação dos shoppings. Vale a pena e voltarei para provar mais opções do cardápio.
The place was full, both the lounge on the ground floor (I believe that a new space will soon be released on the 1st floor) and the tables outside. The attendants stayed at a table to organize the arrival and reservation of the table (Well organized)
It took 40 minutes for the snack to arrive. The potatoes came first, seasoned with salt and pepper, but they weren't as crispy but they were tasty. The burger (I asked for Tradi Bacon) was also tasty, but I almost didn't taste the house sauce. The environment is very pleasant without the frying smell typical of shopping malls' food courts. It's worth it and I'll be back to try more options on the menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência maravilhosa, já ouvia meu cunhado elogiar, já tinha experimentado o delivery, agora experimentei presencial, atendimento (da Chiquinha) maravilhoso, sabor do lanche servido na hora estupendo, o local é muito lindo, da uma sensação muito boa de estar lá, espaço físico muito bem aproveitado (em tempos de pandemia), distanciamento padrão, todos os lanches vêm com batata fritas, só os molhos não acompanham os lanches, uma pena, tem que pedir também no cardápio, as opções parecem ser todas muito boas, mas eu comi o Crazy burguer que vem com tipo um hambúrguer também, só que de provolone empanado e mais a carne, tempero maravilhoso, tudo de bom, ainda não experimentei outro, mas parecem ser todos maravilhosos. Gostei demais de tudo lá, local, ambiente, frequência, disposição das mesas, atendimento, e tem também sobremesa, uma taça maravilhosa de sorvete com morango e Negresco, estacionamento pequeno duas vagas ao lado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O cardápio tem muitas opções gostosas com bom custo-benefício e todos os lanches acompanham batata. O local é espaçoso e o atendimento é bom. Não aceitam VR por enquanto e o 10% é opcional.
The menu has many delicious options with good value for money and all snacks come with potatoes. The place is spacious and the service is good. They don't accept VR for now and the 10% is optional.
