★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganhei um presente da loja e fui lá trocar. Ai cheguei lá e tinha duas sandálias uma atrás da outra com um único preço na frente (estava bem claro que o preço era para as duas!).
Peguei a que eu mais gostei, calcei e resolvi levar. Na hora de pagar a vendedora me disse que ao invés de 89,00 (o preço que estava na plaquinha) que era 99,00.
Eu falei: aah! Mas tá escrito 89!
Ela fez uma cara de pesar e vida que segue.
Eu acabei comprando por aquele valor, mas me arrependo, me senti muito mal pq sei inclusive que é um direito meu levar pelo valor da placa. A loja não estava cheia e nem desarumada, para não dizer que foi no meio da confusão que alguém colocou ali.
Não volto mais! Me senti desvalorizada. Foram só 10 reais? Sim. Mas eu já estava pagando além do que eu havia me disposto a pagar na diferença do presente porque não havia NADA, na minha opinião, de bonito na loja por menos de 60 reais.
Ou seja, totalmente insatisfeita. Não volto e vou falar mal pra todo mundo mesmo. Poxa!
 I got a gift from the store and went there to exchange it. Then I got there and there were two sandals one after the other with a single price on the front (it was pretty clear that the price was for both!).
I took the one I liked the most, put it on and decided to take it. When paying the seller told me that instead of 89.00 (the price that was on the plate) that it was 99.00.
I said: aah! But it says 89!
She made a face of regret and life that follows.
I ended up buying it for that amount, but I regret it, I felt very bad because I even know that it is my right to take it for the price of the plate. The store wasn't full or untidy, not to mention it was in the middle of the mess that someone had put it there.
I'm not coming back! I felt unappreciated. Was it only 10 reais? Yes. But I was already paying more than I was willing to pay in the difference of the gift because there was NOTHING, in my opinion, beautiful in the store for less than 60 reais.
That is, totally dissatisfied. I'm not going back and I'm going to say bad things to everyone anyway. Wow!

Então meu marido fez uma compra no valor de R$ 220,00 aonde hoje fui fazer a troca e assim foi feito, no final tive um troco de R$ 15,00 Na loja não tinha nada nesse valor, e nao dava troco e nem vale, pedi uma meia no valor de R$ 16,00, solicitei se eu poderia levar mais tarde, até porque moro na rua enfrente na Visconde de de Asseca, e eu estava saindo, pois creio eu que foi a gerente que não pwrmitiu, entao deixei a mercadoria na loja, voltei em casa e peguei R$ 2,00, para minha surpresa ao receber o troco percebi que o valor que faltava eu pagar era de R$ 0,80 centavos, pois dei R$ 2,00 e tive o troco de R$ 1,20. Será que a pessoa que negou que eu voltasse a loja mais tarde achou que eu iria dar o golpe de R$ 0,80? Eu que sou cliente fiz uma compra de R$ 220,00 e que estou sempre passando enfrente a loja por morar perto. Muito indignada com isso.
