Cheguei no consultório meia hora antés do meu horário para uma consulta que esperei mais de um mês, foi solicitado minha carteira do convenio, tudo ok
Entretanto quando entrei na sala do dentista Fábio, fui informado que não seria finalizado o tratamento que havia iniciado ( inclusive com o mesmo dentista ) devido a problemas que ele teve com o plano.
Acho um falta de organizacao e respeito não ter sido avisado com antecedência, sai de vinhedo para uma consulta e dar com a cara na porta.
Não indico.

Great! The doctor is very professional, I took two wisdom teeth, it was very fast without pain and the recovery was great! I recommend! I will always come back q need! And the receptionist is a loving and caring person!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento sempre atrasado, avaliação péssima, 3 meses em 1 dente só até fazer o canal...resolvi me adiantar agendando uma limpeza e me decepcionei pq foi péssima feita com muita pressa... liguei reclamando e Dr Fábio disse que ainda não tinha terminado o serviço e que era pra eu agendar outro dia! Resumindo: se eu não tivesse reclamado ia ficar por isso mesmo ...acabei agendando outro dia já que já havia descontado do meu convênio e foi a mesma coisa: não fiquei 5 min no consultório e sai descontente da mesma forma. Acabei procurando outro dentista pra fazer restauração do canal e outros serviços no qual precisava fazer e não tinha sido informada que teria que fazer!
Service was always late, bad evaluation, 3 months on 1 tooth just until the canal was made ... I decided to go ahead by scheduling a cleaning and I was disappointed because it was terrible done in a hurry ... I called complaining and Dr Fábio said he was not finished yet the service and I was supposed to schedule another day! In short: if I hadn't complained, I would stay for that very reason ... I ended up scheduling another day since I had already discounted my insurance and it was the same thing: I didn't stay 5 minutes in the office and left in the same way. I ended up looking for another dentist to do canal restoration and other services that I needed to do and I had not been told that I had to do it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a ninguém. Ele atrasa MUITO em todas as consultas e não é nada profissional. Eu coloquei aparelho ortodôntico com ele. Faz tudo com muita pressa. Ele não pediu nenhum exame para colocar o aparelho em mim e não sabia quando tirá-lo. Eu que falei: "pensei que você já fosse tirar o aparelho", daí ele simplesmente tirou e me mandou embora colocar a contensão!!!!!!!!! Isso é um absurdo. Eu voltei outro dia para colocá-la e meu dente já havia andado um pouco. Ele colocou errado da primeira vez e ainda colocou a culpa em mim, falando que eu que não tinha avisado que não estava mordendo direito. Ele foi recolocar super impaciente, não fez teste de carbono nos dentes do fundo, somente na contensão, quase me mandou embora de novo sem contensão. O atendimento é porco e horrível. Não recomendo nunca a ninguém!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't recommend it to anyone. He is VERY late in all appointments and is not at all professional. I put an orthodontic appliance with him. He does everything in a hurry. He didn't ask for an exam to put the device on me and he didn't know when to take it off. I said: "I thought you were going to remove the device", then he just removed it and sent me away to put the restraint !!!!!!!!! This is absurd. I came back the other day to put it on and my tooth had already walked a bit. He put it wrong the first time and still put the blame on me, saying that I didn't warn him that I wasn't biting right. He went back to being super impatient, he didn’t do a carbon test on the bottom teeth, only during the restraint, almost sent me away again without restraint. The service is pig and horrible. I never recommend it to anyone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Marquei uma consulta com a Dr°Michele que atende no consultório para rever um serviço que ela fez no meu dente onqual quebrou,marquei a consulta no dia 23/03 para agora 23/04 e hj antes de ir resolvi ligar para verificar se estava na data correta e simplesmente me informaram que a consulta havia sido cancelada porquê não confirmei um whats da mesma as 15:00 da tarde de ontem 22/04 que deveria ter sido respondido até as 16:00.
Quando marcarem consulta já deixem avisado seu patrão que não podera focar no seu serviço pq tem q estar a disposição do consultório para não perder a consulta.
Agora vou eu ter q ir em busca de outro profissional para rever serviços de outro profissional.
A total disregard.
I made an appointment with Dr°Michele who works at the office to review a service she did on my tooth where it broke, I made the appointment on 03/23 for now 04/23 and today before going I decided to call to check if I was in correct date and simply informed me that the appointment had been canceled because I didn't confirm a whats of the same at 15:00 in the afternoon of 04/22 that should have been answered by 16:00.
When you book an appointment, let your boss know that you won't be able to focus on your service because you have to be available to the office so you don't miss the appointment.
Now I will have to go in search of another professional to review the services of another professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meus filhos para consulta e limpeza e tive que preencher 3 formulários, a limpeza ficou para o próximo dia e tive que preencher novamente mais 3 formulários, falei que tinha preenchido antes e a atendente disse que era para o dentista que ia fazer a limpeza. São formulários bem detalhados e pedem muitos dados. Além disso, liguei para marcar o retorno de um exame que fiz e fiquei 20 minutos de lado enquanto atendiam várias pessoas, por fim eu desliguei e vou procurar outro dentista para continuar o tratamento. Por essas chatices que o atendimento é péssimo e não recomendo.
I took my children for consultation and cleaning and I had to fill in 3 forms, cleaning was for the next day and I had to fill in 3 more forms again, I said I had filled them out beforehand and the attendant said it was for the dentist who would do the cleaning. They are very detailed forms and ask for a lot of data. In addition, I called to schedule the return of an exam I did and I was sidelined for 20 minutes while they saw several people, finally I hung up and went to find another dentist to continue the treatment. For these annoyances, the service is terrible and I don't recommend it.

Fui atoa por suas vezes, a primeira a Dra Michelle não me atendeu pq disse que precisava de uma liberação prévia do convênio e já a secretária informou que a liberação deve ser feita na presença do paciente... Na segunda consulta não tinha mais ninguém no consultório era o último horário e já tinham todos ido embora... Me informaram que colocaram outro paciente no meu lugar e o mesmo desmarcou... Muito descaso :(

I went randomly, the first time Dr Michelle did not see me because she said she needed a prior release from the health insurance and the secretary informed that the release must be done in the patient's presence... In the second consultation there was no one else in the office was the last time and they had all left... They informed me that they put another patient in my place and he canceled... Much neglect :(
