★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As duas estrelas são por conta de ninguém atender o telefone que consta (19) 3329.1002 desde semana passada. No entanto semana retrasada consegui falar e fui bem atendido pelo dentista na consulta de avaliação, mas agora preciso remarcar a consulta e ninguém atende!
The two stars are due to no one answering the phone that appears (19) 3329,1002 since last week. However, last week I managed to speak and I was well attended by the dentist in the evaluation appointment, but now I need to reschedule the appointment and no one attends!

Levei minha filha em consulta no começo de Abril de 2021, ficamos esperando 1h e 20m para sermos atendida. Dr. Bruno Vinicius nos atendeu muito bem após a demora.
Após 15 dias deixei marcada minha consulta que era p ser com o mesmo dentista. Mas a recepcionista me marcou com outro Dr. MATHEUS M.Sanches no dia da consulta cheguei 14m atrasada por conta da estrada em ITAICI estar sempre em obras.
A recepcionista depois de pegar todos meus dados, me informou que o Dr. NÃO iria me atender, por estar 14m atrasada só poderia se fosse 10m .
O consultório estava vazio, o próximo paciente chegou as 10.33 porque eu fiquei na recepção e vi quando o mesmo chegou...
O meu caso era apenas Orçamento que seria apenas uma limpeza bocal. ??

Terrible, Salute Orale Clinic
I took my daughter in consultation at the beginning of April 2021, we were waiting for 1h and 20m to be attended. Dr. Bruno Vinicius served us very well after the delay.
After 15 days I left my appointment scheduled, which was to be with the same dentist. But the receptionist marked me with another Dr. MATHEUS M. Sanches on the day of the consultation I arrived 14m late because of the road in ITAICI being always under construction.
The receptionist after taking all my data, informed me that the Dr. would NOT attend me, as I was 14m late, I could only be 10m.
The office was empty, the next patient arrived at 10.33 because I stayed at the reception and saw when he arrived ...
My case was just Budget which would just be a cleaning nozzle. ??
No more, Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não posso falar do atendimento porque não consegui ser atendido. Passei em frente a clinica no dia 08 e resolvi entrar para marcar uma consulta que foi marcada para o dia 27 de outubro, longo período mas seria a primeira então marquei. No dia da consulta 30 minutos antes me ligaram desmarcando devido ao dr com problemas de saúde, que é totalmente compreensível e remarcaram para o dia seguinte as 16:00. De novo 30 minutos antes passam uma msg dizendo que o Dr não esteve bem por hoje também ( tudo bem isso acontece, problema de saúde não tem o que discutir) mas remarcando para o dia 11 de novembro, dia 11 de novembro e ai fica complicado. O mínimo seria tentar um encaixe até porque é a primeira consulta, poderia ser atendido por outra pessoa sem problema. Não tem como fazer um tratamento com este tipo de atendimento infelizmente.
I can't talk about the service because I couldn't be seen. I passed in front of the clinic on the 8th and decided to go in to make an appointment that was scheduled for the 27th of October, a long time but it would be the first so I made an appointment. On the day of the appointment, 30 minutes beforehand, they called me unchecking due to the doctor with health problems, who is totally understandable, and rescheduled it for the following day at 4:00 pm. Again 30 minutes before, a msg goes by saying that the Dr has not been well for today too (okay this happens, health problem has nothing to discuss) but rescheduling for November 11th, November 11th and then it gets complicated . The minimum would be to try a fit, even because it is the first appointment, it could be attended by someone else without a problem. Unfortunately, there is no way to treat with this type of care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há alguns anos fiz alguns implante com o Dr.Bruno, e foi tudo de acordo.
Hoje passei em outro profissional (Dr. Guilherme de Jaguariúna)para fazer check-up (pois mudei de cidade e não tinha como retornar na clinica) e me foi informado que os implantes estão perfeitos e que pareciam ter sido muito bem feitinhos e que a marca do implante era boa. Agradeço a cliníca pelo bom trabalho!
A few years ago I had some implants with Dr.Bruno, and everything went well.
Today I went to another professional (Dr. Guilherme de Jaguariúna) for a check-up (because I moved to another city and had no way of returning to the clinic) and I was informed that the implants are perfect and that they seemed to have been very well made and that the implant brand was good. Thanks to the clinic for the good work!
