★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de ligar, me deixaram quase 10 minutos esperando o vendedor atender outras pessoas, fiquei ouvindo, atendeu umas 3 pessoas, não voltou para terminar meu atendimento, e eu que desliguei a ligação. E ainda usou o telefone para fazer alguma ligação (acho que sem lembrar que eu estava na linha).
Tentei ligar de novo e deu ocupado e agora esta dando que não posso fazer esse tipo de ligação, como se eu tivesse sido bloqueado.

And he still used the phone to make a call (I think without remembering that I was on the line).
I tried to call again and it was busy and now it is giving that I cannot make this type of call, as if I had been blocked.
