★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para marcar recall, me solicitaram ligar após 30 dias pois iriam solicitar a peça a montadora. Após os 30 dias liguei para agendar me ofereceram uma data com mais de 20 dias. Levei o carro no horário agendado, me informaram que me dariam uma posição a tarde. Ligam solicitando ir apanhar o carro pois teriam que solicitar a peça a montadora(???) , e que devo aguardar que me ligam. Dificuldade para realizar o recolhimento e muita perda de tempo.
 I called to schedule a recall, they asked me to call after 30 days because they would request the part from the assembler. After the 30 days I called to schedule I was offered a date with more than 20 days. I took the car at the scheduled time, they informed me that they would give me a position in the afternoon. They call asking to pick up the car because they would have to request the part from the assembler(???) , and I must wait for them to call me. Difficulty in collecting and wasting a lot of time.

Se vc não chegar de carro bom ou bem vestido, não te atendem... eu ja tava desistindo quando um rapaz que era do setor de peças me deu atenção... e me encaminhou até o veículo e acabei realizando a compra... deveriam o promover, pois o mesmo está melhor que os responsáveis por "venda".
Terrible attendance! If you don't arrive in a well-dressed or well-dressed car, they won't serve you... I was already giving up when a guy from the parts sector paid attention to me... and directed me to the vehicle and I ended up making the purchase... should promote it, as it is better than those responsible for "sales".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local parecia abandonado de modo geral. Escuro, sem som ambiente, climatização e recepcionista (aspectos normais de uma concessionária). Lixos jogados na entrada da recepção de veículos. O serviço foi rápido (revisão), carro não foi lavado para devolução (outro serviço básico de concessionárias). Sala de espera com tv ligada no som muito alto e extremamente fria. Não foi ofertado serviço de copa. No geral, atendimento mediano para ruim.
The place looked generally abandoned. Dark, no ambient sound, air conditioning and receptionist (normal aspects of a dealership). Garbage thrown at the entrance to the vehicle reception. Service was quick (overhaul), car was not washed for return (another basic dealership service). Waiting room with TV on very loud and extremely cold. Cup service was not offered. Overall, average to poor service.

I can't talk to the parts department.. the cell phone answers and the landline doesn't answer. Difficult. I wanted to know if the parts sector works... or the employee is a ghost.???
