Pedi uma pizza pelo IFOOD na filial Pimentas e chegou em 35 minutos. Quis pedir na filial Piratininga e pra minha surpresa há mais de 1 hora e o pedido ainda não chegou. Tremendo descaso com o cliente. NUNCA mais vou pedir.?

Comprei apenas esfihas, as esfihas são ótimas, a melhor da região, porém o atendimento das meninas que ficam no balcão deixam mto a desejar. Demora para atender, toda hora elas entram para tirar dúvidas do sistema, isso dá a entender que não foram devidamente treinadas. Uma outra coisa que é bom falar é sobre a entrega. A entrega é rápida tbm, qdo pedi para entregar veio antes do prazo combinado. Oq precisa melhorar é apenas o atendimento na recepção.
I only bought esfihas, the esfihas are great, the best in the region, but the service given to the girls who stay at the counter leaves a lot to be desired. Delivery is fast too, when I asked to deliver it came before the agreed deadline. What needs to improve is just the service at the reception.

Pizzaria muito boa, produtos de boa qualidade, bem saborosa e com bastante diversidade no cardápio, como a maioria das pizzarias acabam atrasando um pouco na entrega.

Total descaso com o cliente...Além de demorar 2 horas ,quando liguei na pizzaria do Piratininga me disseram que não tinha encontrado meu pedido... Detalhe quem respondeu as mensagens do ZAP??? E ainda me perguntaram se queria cancelar o pedido.... parece brincadeira,se eles não acharam como iam cancelar!!

NUNCA MAIS EU PEÇO! Pelo simples motivo que atrasaram meu pedido em quase 1h e além disso eu liguei no restaurante para perguntar do pedido e não me atenderam nenhuma das 5x e nem responderam no chat! E além de tudo isso esqueceram minha coca o motoboy disse que tinha outra pessoa vindo e simplesmente me deixou plantada na portaria esperando de novo por mais 15 minutos. Que falta de respeito, estou pagando não era nenhum favor que estavam me fazendo, precisam urgente melhorar a logística por que que experiência PÉSSIMA
NEVER AGAIN I ORDER! For the simple reason that they delayed my order by almost 1 hour and besides that I called the restaurant to ask about the order and they didn't answer me any of the 5 times and they didn't even respond in the chat! And on top of all that they forgot my coke, the motoboy said there was someone else coming and just left me standing in the lobby waiting again for another 15 minutes. What a lack of respect, I'm paying it was no favor they were doing me, they urgently need to improve the logistics because what a TERRIBLE experience

No dia 01 de fevereiro de 2021 pedi uma pizza de mussarela pelo Ifood. Quando o motoboy chegou, estava todo agitado, inclusive fumando enquanto abria a caixa térmica para pegar os pedidos, reclamando que havia batido a moto, o que não tem nada a ver com o cliente. Quando me entregou a pizza, perguntei se era de mussarela e ele me confirmou. Ao abrir a pizza em casa, notei que era brócolis com calabresa. Liguei na pizzaria e pedi pela troca, a atendente me informou que o motoboy estava saindo com a pizza e me entregaria em 10 minutos. Passado esse tempo, liguei na pizzaria e perguntei se o motoboy já estava a caminho, foi quando a atendente disse que não, e que quando o motoboy voltasse ele traria o meu pedido! Ou seja, tive que aguardar pela pizza, quando chegou veio errada, pedi a troca, e ainda precisaria esperar a boa vontade da pizzaria para me trazer o pedido correto? Falta de respeito, perderam um cliente.
