★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é excelente, porém na última visita fiquei duas horas aguardando a lavagem cortesia oferecida pela SAMAM. Acredito que os clientes que ficam aguardando na oficina a manutenção do veiculo, como por exemplo, uma simples troca de óleo, deveria ter prioridade na lavagem. Meu serviço terminou as 08:50 da manhã e terminei saindo 11:20 aguardando a lavagem do carro. Deveriam rever esse procedimento.
The service is excellent, but on the last visit I spent two hours waiting for the complimentary washing offered by SAMAM. I believe that customers who are waiting in the workshop for vehicle maintenance, such as a simple oil change, should have priority in washing. My service ended at 08:50 am and I ended up leaving at 11:20 am waiting for the car wash. They should review this procedure.
