★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bagunçado, vish o atendimento nem se fala, perde uma venda por que um vendedora disse que tinha o produto quando fui buscar ele já tinha vendido para outro, o que tinha mim garantido e pediu pra ir buscar.

CLIENTE SATISFEITO, essa deve ser a meta de todo e qualquer estabelecimento.Para isso é preciso profissionalismo na função que exerce. Toda empresa deveria investir firme na qualidade de atendimento de seus funcionários. Independente de que se compre ou deixe de comprar, o "profissional" deve encantar o cliente. E, para isso é preciso investir no cidadão.
Deixei de concluir uma compra pelo péssimo atendimento de uma vendedora nervosa,e grossa, por quem já tive o despraze de ser atendida duas vezes. Sujiro uma avaliação de atendimento disponível ao público que frequenta esse estabelecimento.
Nothing satisfies the customer as much as the quality of service. SATISFIED CUSTOMER, this should be the goal of any and all establishments. For that it takes professionalism in the role it performs. Every company should invest firmly in the quality of its employees' service. Regardless of whether you buy or stop buying, the "professional" must delight the customer. And, for that it is necessary to invest in the citizen.

O único ponto negativo é que a loja é muito desorganizada no estoque. Os clientes tem apenas um corredor super estreito para que os clientes possam se locomover, deixo aqui a minha sugestão de melhoria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima admistraça, ainda compro lá em consideração a vendedora e mesmo assim prefiro comprar em outro lugar, passei o pior vexame para fazer um pagamento porque eu estava sem internet e precisava fazer um pix, a caixa de maneira ilegal não aceitou débito como pagamento avista, ( aumentou o valor) e nem se quer disponibilizou o wi-fi gata que eu como cliente realizace o pix. Tremenda falta de respeito com o cliente bem no #dia do consumidor.
Bad administration, I still buy there in consideration of the seller and even so I prefer to buy elsewhere, I had the worst embarrassment to make a payment because I had no internet and needed to make a pix, the cashier illegally did not accept debit as payment in sight, (Increased the value) and not even made available the wi-fi cat that I as a client realize the pix. Tremendous lack of respect for the customer right on the #consumer's day.
