 HORRIBLE CLINIC THAT IS NOT ORGANIZED AT ALL. TO BE ATTENDED TAKES 4 HOURS.
DO NOT KNOW HOW TO INFORM THE TIME FOR A PERSON TO ARRIVE AND BE ATTENDED. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Pelo valor cobrado existe outras opções melhores .. lotação e falta de organização por este motivo prepare-se para aguarda umas 4 horas mesmo tendo chegado cedo . Att. I had an endoscopy, the only thing I didn't like was the delay in being seen. I fasted all morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vim pensando q era rápido o atendimento, mas demora mas q ficar no.posto de saúde, mas de 2hrs e meia pra fazer um exame, se soubesse q era assim tinha procurado outra clínica q fosse mas caro e demorasse menos.
I've been thinking that the service was quick, but it takes longer to stay at the health post, but 2 hrs and a half to have an exam, if I knew that was how it was, I would have looked for another clinic that would be more expensive and take less time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência nesse lugar foi PÉSSIMA. NÃO indico e não volto.
Acompanhei minha mãe que foi fazer uma mamografia. Começou que ficamos esperando mais de 2h numa sala de atendimento lotada (sem respeito algum com as medidas de segurança contra a covid-19) em seguida levaram minha mae pra sala, fizeram ela se posicionar na máquina pra aí perceberem que a máquina não tava funcionando e precisava de uma assistência, ou seja, paguei um exame > esperamos uma eternidade > e no fim não foi possível fazer o exame pq a máquina tava quebrada. QUE DESCASO COM O PACIENTE!
Voltamos no dia seguinte pq o moço jurou de pés juntos q estaria tudo bem e era melhor q fazer um estorno, fui super gentil e acreditei na palavra dele q me ligaria para informar sobre a máquina. ele não ligou. fomos pra lá mesmo assim, esperamos outra eternidade e a ida da tal pessoa que ia ajeitar a máquina.
Já a minha experiência com o resultado do exame também não foi nada agradável, cheguei lá no dia e após o horário marcado para entrega e ainda NAO ESTAVA PRONTO. Depois de 6 dias! inacreditável.
My experience in this place was TERRIBLE. I do NOT indicate and I will not return.
I accompanied my mother who was having a mammogram. It started that we were waiting for more than 2 hours in a crowded service room (without any respect for the security measures against covid-19) then they took my mother to the room, made her position herself on the machine so they realized that the machine was not working and I needed assistance, that is, I paid for an exam > we waited an eternity > and in the end it was not possible to take the exam because the machine was broken. WHAT A NECESSITY WITH THE PATIENT!
We came back the next day because the boy swore with his feet together that everything would be fine and it was better to make a chargeback, I was super kind and believed his word that he would call me to inform me about the machine. he didn't call. we went there anyway, we waited another eternity and the departure of the person who was going to fix the machine.
My experience with the test result was also not pleasant, I arrived there on the day and after the scheduled delivery time and I WAS NOT READY. After 6 days! unbelievable.
