She's a mix of nutritionist, psychologist and friend - and that's all we need help with to change our eating habits, isn't it? Someone who will walk this path with us with knowledge, experience and empathy.
There is no point in restrictive diets that are far from our taste and reality. Consistent weight loss and change is only possible with an individualized and satisfying menu, and Sâmia is permanently attentive to all of this, tracing a possible path to where we want to go. I am forever grateful for the dedication of this professional who is already part of my life and my changes. It was always worth thinking about and continues to be. It's been over 2 years! Gratitude always!
