Fiquei uma hora no watts conversando com uma atendente só para saber si atendia na hora do almoço e ela me redponde que é por ordem de chegada entao segui até a clínica, chegando la fui informado que o médico sairia para almoçar as 14 ,p....... porque a mísera nao disse isso ? Poxa é difícil
They don't even deserve a star, I don't know how a place like this still works!! I spent an hour at watts talking to an attendant just to find out if she attended at lunchtime and she tells me that it is in order of arrival so I went to the clinic, arriving there I was informed that the doctor would leave for lunch at 2 pm.. ..... Why didn't misery say that? hey it's hard

Em contato com o convênio vi que a guia era emitida na hora e solicitada pela própria clínica. Vou abrir reclamação na ANS
Terrible service! My pregnant girlfriend was denied assistance saying that she had not taken the exam guide, which was scheduled two weeks in advance! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento , as menina da recepção muito arrogante mistura todas as ficha cheguei era 13h30 quando foi 16h nem atendido eu fui estava com minha filha de 1 ano no colo , elas trata as pessoas muito mal. Chegaram gente depois de mim ficaram coisa de 20 minutos já foram atendidas e eu fiquei aguardando. Nunca mais volto aqui e não recomendo. Dono daqui deveria prestar mais atenção ao contratar pessoas mal educada para trabalhar
Bad service, the girl at the reception very arrogant mixes all the records I arrived at 1:30 pm when it was 4 pm I wasn't even answered I was with my 1 year old daughter on her lap, they treat people very badly. People arrived after me and stayed about 20 minutes, they were already attended and I was waiting. I will never come back here and I don't recommend it. Data 04/02/2022 minha consulta estava marcada para 10hrs estou aqui ainda não fui atendida obs: agora são 12:25, cheguei aqui era 9:30 quase 3 horas de espera. Alguém precisa tomar previdência desse lugar, além de ser um espaço pequeno as pessoas fica tudo em cima da outra fora que estamos nessa pandemia!! Sem contar o atendimento, não recomendo de forma alguma fazer consulta nesse lugar você só passa raiva esperando
Horribly bad service, in the worst way ever!! Date 02/04/2022 my appointment was scheduled for 10:00 am I'm here yet I haven't been answered obs: it's now 12:25, I got here at 9:30 almost 3 hours of waiting. Someone needs to take care of this place, besides being a small space, people are all on top of each other outside that we are in this pandemic!! Not to mention the service, I do not recommend in any way to make an appointment in this place, you just get angry waiting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, liguei perguntando sobre tempo de espera e recepcionista informou que seriam somente 6 pessoas a tarde, cheguei lá e já tinham 8 na minha frente , após três horas de espera a médica só tinha atendido 4 pessoas, péssima organização da clínica. Pessoal da recepção super ignorante, e arrogantes. Não é a primeira vez que passo por isso, a clínica usa o procedimento de por ordem de chegada, mas agenda 15 pessoas para mesmo horário, então médico realmente não dá conta de atender todo mundo.
Pediatria não recomendo, ela olhou no Google para saber o que meu filho tinha. Outros médicos são bons mas a clínica não presta, já deveria ter fechado a muito tempo. Seria possível não dar nenhuma estrela ?
Bad service, I called asking about waiting time and the receptionist informed that there would only be 6 people in the afternoon, I arrived there and already had 8 in front of me, after three hours of waiting the doctor had only seen 4 people, poor organization of the clinic. Reception staff super ignorant, and arrogant. It's not the first time I've been through this, the clinic uses the first-come-first-served procedure, but it schedules 15 people for the same time, so the doctor really can't handle everyone.
Pediatrics don't recommend it, she looked it up on Google to see what my son had. Other doctors are good but the clinic sucks, it should have closed a long time ago. Would it be possible not to give any stars?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a gestão de atendimento é péssima e ninguém se importa com o paciente esperando mais de 3h para ser atendido a médica gastro e ótima mas demora muito no atendimento poderia ser agendado pra ninguém ficar 3h esperando mas não é porque não tem humanidade e não tem respeito pelo paciente. Mas sempre tá cheio lá então ninguém se importa com péssimo atendimento da clínica eles recebem do mesmo jeito e tratam as pessoas sempre do mesmo jeito a gestora dessa clínica precisa se atualizar e melhora o agendamento para evitar esse stress
Unfortunately the service management is terrible and no one cares about the patient waiting more than 3 hours to be seen the gastro doctor is great but it takes a long time in the service could be scheduled for anyone to wait 3 hours but it is not because there is no humanity and no respect by the patient. But it's always full there so no one cares about the bad service at the clinic they receive the same way and treat people the same way the manager of this clinic needs to update and improve the schedule to avoid this stress

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passo com o clínico geral e sou bem atendida(dr. DANIEL). O tempo de espera é grande, pois atendem por ordem de chegada sem precisar agendamento. Acho bom poder contar com o clínico disponível (sem agendar previamente,
pois não escolhemos o dia de adoecer) sempre que necessário. As especialidades são por agendamento, mas a demanda é grande.
I go with the general practitioner and I am well cared for (Dr. DANIEL). The waiting time is long, as they serve on a first-come, first-served basis without needing to schedule an appointment. I think it's good to be able to count on the clinician available (without scheduling in advance,
because we don't choose the day to get sick) whenever necessary. Specialties are by appointment, but demand is high.
