★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com a assistência técnica da Samsung do maxi shopping, não está sendo boa, pela má educação dos funcionários. A atendente (sheila), pelo menos no meu atendimento, expressou muita má vontade no atendimento, o pior de tudo foi ela convidar uma cliente sem máscara a se sentar para esperar a vez dela ser atendida ao meu lado, me sentir diminuído porque já fui diversas vezes resolver problemas de celulares lá, já fiquei quase 1 hora em pé esperando ela realizar um só atendimento e nunca me ofereceu nenhum banco para sentar enquanto aguardava o atendimento. A cliente com menos de 2 minutos em pé, sem máscara ela convidou para sentar ao meu lado sem distanciamento algum. Inaceitável esse tipo de postura. Espero não passar por mais esse tipo de constrangimento, e que essa empresa de assistência técnica dê suporte ao seus funcionários de como atender um cliente, postura e educação no atendimento.

The attendant (sheila), at least in my service, expressed a lot of ill will in the service, the worst of all was she invited a customer without a mask to sit down to wait for her turn to be attended to next to me, I felt diminished because I was already there. several times to solve cell phone problems there, I've been standing for almost 1 hour waiting for her to perform a single service and she never offered me a bench to sit on while waiting for the service. The client with less than 2 minutes standing, without a mask, she invited to sit next to me without any distance. This kind of attitude is unacceptable. I hope I don't go through this kind of embarrassment anymore, and that this technical assistance company will support its employees in how to serve a customer, posture and education in service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da funcionaria Sheila, é excelente, mas o Lugar tem 5 funcionários, só ela trabalha. Fui retirar um celular, demorou mais de uma hora porque somente 1 pessoa poderia realizar o serviço, isso é ridículo. O restante da equipe tudo conversando , enquanto poderiam auxiliar e fazer o atendimento ser menos demorado e prático.
The service provided by the employee Sheila is excellent, but the place has 5 employees, only she works. I went to get a cell phone, it took more than an hour because only 1 person could perform the service, this is ridiculous. The rest of the team was all talking, while they could help and make the service less time-consuming and practical.

Minha esposa se deslocou até a loja numa terça as 14:00, chegando retirou uma senha e foi avisada que a atendente responsável pela assistência não estava e demoraria 30min. As 15:15 a atendente ainda não havia chego foi embora. Como ela estava sem celular e precisava resolver eu pessoalmente retornei a loja as 16:30, tinha 7 pessoas na minha frente, esperei quase 100min para ser atendido e fui embora sem solução. Uma vergonha uma marca e loja tão top com atendimento desta forma.
Terrible attendance. My wife went to the store on a Tuesday at 2:00 pm, when she arrived, she removed a password and was told that the attendant responsible for assistance was not there and it would take 30min. At 15:15 the attendant still hadn't arrived and left. As she had no cell phone and needed to resolve it, I personally returned to the store at 4:30 pm, there were 7 people in front of me, I waited almost 100min to be answered and left without a solution. Shame on such a top brand and store with such top service.
