★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local muito legal mas o serviço deixou a desejar, deixei um aparelho na garantia junto com o carregado para realizar o reparo, o mesmo foi entregue em alguns dias na minha casa porém sem o carregado.
Very cool place but the service left something to be desired, I left a device under warranty with the loaded one to carry out the repair, it was delivered in a few days at my house but without the loaded one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na loja é bom mas o serviço por telefone é terrível!! Outra coisa muito estranha, depois que coloquei meu telefone pra conserto meus app de bancos e cartão foram bloqueados. Desconfiei! Tento falar com alguém a respeito mas não atendem.
The service in the store is good but the phone service is terrible !! Another very strange thing, after I put my phone in for repair my bank and card apps were blocked. I suspected! I try to talk to someone about it but they don't answer.

Vc solicita uma ordem de serviço pela Samsung, eles fingem que agendam o serviço, fingem que vão a casa do cliente, fingem que consertam e encerram a ordem de serviço. Isso ocorreu por duas vezes consecutivas. A pergunta é: pra que? Não há telefone, não há contato, não há suporte. Jamais comprem uma geladeira SAMSUNG. NÃO HÁ ASSISTÊNCIA
This company is a FRAUD. You request a work order from Samsung, they pretend to schedule the service, pretend to go to the customer's house, pretend to fix it and terminate the work order. This happened twice in a row. The question is: for what? There is no phone, no contact, no support. Never buy a SAMSUNG refrigerator. NO ASSISTANCE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendida pelo Valdemar, porém a loja não tem NENHUM local para sentar. Meus pais tem mais de 70 anos e tiveram que ficar menor durante todo o atendimento. Por sinal comprar um novo celular é beeeeem complicado e demorado …. Se não fosse pelo atendimento do vendedor teria desistido. Enfim, da próxima vez melhor comprar pela internet….
I was well attended by Valdemar, but the store has NO place to sit. My parents are over 70 years old and had to stay smaller during the entire session. By the way, buying a new cell phone is very complicated and time-consuming…. If it wasn't for the customer service I would have given up. Anyway, next time better buy online….
