Mandei mensagem na segunda feira cedo, mandei depois, liguei e fiquei sem resposta. Imagino se fosse a solicitação de garantia de serviço ou qualquer coisa de pós venda.
They didn't provide the service, because they didn't even answer me. I suggest taking out the customer service whatsapp option. I texted early Monday, texted later, called and got no response. I imagine if it was the service warranty request or anything after sales.

Eu sabia que iriam furar o chão, só não esperava que fossem fazer mais de 30 furos nas paredes do quarto. Num mesmo rastro existente na parede tem cerca de 4 a 5 furos! Ficou horrível! Então se for cupim de solo, pergunte se vai furar as paredes também e providencie massa corrida (kkk)!
I liked the care and service. The problem in my house was termite soil. I knew they were going to drill holes in the floor, I just didn't expect them to drill more than 30 holes in the bedroom walls. In the same trail on the wall there are about 4 to 5 holes! It was horrible! So if it's a termite on the ground, ask if it's going to pierce the walls too and provide pasta (lol)!
