★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pessimo, não podem atender uma pessoa que estar grávida e passando mal, porque esse não é o trabalho deles, então para que pagamos o salários desse imprestáveis ? Para atenderem bandidos e suas proprópr família, bando de inresponsaveis e incompetentes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até o dia 4 de abril acreditava e valorizava este serviço.,mas nesta data tive um desmsio em casa ,estava sozinha com minha filha,e a meama no desespero ligou solicitando ajuda, u mesmo orientação palra me levar ao hospital. entretanto alguns minutos depois recebeu uma ligação ,na qual voces alegavam que nao poderiam prestar qualquer ajuda.Não sabia que o atendimento era celetista,pois sou cidadã e pago corretamente os meus impostos.Desci as escadas do predio arrastando liteiralmentea barriga no chão.inclusive fiquei hospitalizada em um hospital da cidade.Agradeço e registro a minha total decepção, e que DEUS seja justo,diante da situação.Mas entendo este tipo de ocorrência , nâo atrai a mídia

Eu jose vitor, venho através desta agradecer toda equipe do Samu que esteve no chamado para uma ocorrência de uma pessoa que estava com o ombro caído em uma loja no bairro da Itinga em um chopping com o nome de Pop chopping. Isso aconteceu no ano de 2012,não tenho o nome da equipe médica, mais fiquei muito agradecido pelo quidado e desempenho de todos que estavaõ na ocasião. Eu estava muito tenso e nervoso eles me deixaram tranquilo e o procedimento foi muito rápido graças a Deus deu tudo certo so tenho agadecer.já tenha acontecido outra vez .na época eu tinha plano de saúde fiquei enternado 3 dias pra um procedimento que demorou 5 minutos pelos profissionais do SAMU queria muito encontralos pra dar um abraço e agradecer pessoalmente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela primeira vez, dia 22/08/17, por volta de 10h, fomos atendidos pelo SAMU. O atendimento ao chamado foi muito rápido. O serviço prestado a uma senhora de 90 anos, pela equipe foi de alto grau de amor ao próximo e de profissionalismo. Gostaríamos que eles fossem identificados e informados que o agradecimento não é só da Academia Triathlon (Graça), mas da própria senhora, que está passando muito bem, a D. Yayá Pondé, uma senhora muito distinta e de muito bom relacionamento em Salvador. Parabéns e que Deus proteja e ilumine todos vocês!
For the first time, on 08/22/17, around 10 am, we were served by SAMU. Answering the call was very quick. The service provided to a 90-year-old lady by the team was highly loving and professional. We would like them to be identified and informed that the thanks are not only from the Triathlon Academy (Graça), but also from the lady herself, who is doing very well, to D. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem na Ilha de Maré faleceu um senhor, a família entrou em contato com a SAMU (Ambulancha) e o serviço não foi prestado sob a alegação que remoção de corpo é com a delegacia de polícia. Ao entrar em contato com policiais civis foi informado que a remoção de corpo e com o IML. Após ligar para o IML recebeu orientação para entrar em contato com a SAMU.
Diante de um fato tão triste a família do falecido ainda é submetida a participar desse jogo de empurra em empurra.
A pergunta que não quer calar: EM CASO DE MORTE NATURAL quem declara a causa mortis é o médico socorrista da SAMU, o delegado ou o IML?

Precisei do samu para leva-lo ao pronto socorro, e o médico me tratou muito mau, e desligou o telefone "na minha cara".
Segundo ele, não é obrigação do samu atender esse tipo de paciente.
