★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei acionar o SAMU ( Lauro de Freitas), na quarta feira ( 04/03), para atendimento de meu pai, uma pessoa idosa, de 94 anos. Como não se efetivou o atendimento telefônico, resolvi fazer sua remoção para uma unidade de emergncia. É flagrante a competência e presteza por parte dos profissionais dessa instituição, e notório saber, que uma episódio não pode e não deve macular a imegem que a sociedade tem desse órgão. A realidade é que ocorreu uma falha injustificável, no sistema de comuicação desse órgão, no que poderia ter, se não fosse minha intervenção, um desfecho mais grave. Fica o meu registro, objetivando prevenir outras ocorrências, dessa natureza.
I tried to call SAMU (Lauro de Freitas), on Wednesday (04/03), to attend to my father, an elderly person, 94 years old. As the telephone service was not carried out, I decided to remove it to an emergency unit. It is striking the competence and promptness on the part of the professionals of this institution, and it is well known, that an episode cannot and should not tarnish the image that society has of this organ. The reality is that there was an unjustifiable failure in the communication system of that organ, which could have, if it were not for my intervention, a more serious outcome. My record remains, aiming to prevent other occurrences, of this nature.
