Em cada senhora ou senhor de idade que eu participo do atendimento é como se fosse meu pai ou minha mãe.
A cada homem ou mulher é como se fosse minha irmã ou meu irmão.
A cada criança é como se estivesse atendendo minha filha ou um dos meus sobrinhos.
Só agradeço a Deus por aquilo que eu acredito ser um chamado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reconheço o trabalho e esforço dos profissionais do Samu, nunca precisei porém hj qd liguei para comunicar um atropelamento a atendente foi muito grosseira, despreparada, sim sei da alta demanda, claro q sei, mas a função dela é direcionar, acalmar e solucionar o problema ocorrido, Dr Sandro parece q é o chefe do plantão controlador se ouve mesmo as ligações, por favor, desumano e totalmente ignorante a forma q a senhora atendente nos atendeu.

I recognize the work and effort of Samu's professionals, I never needed it, but today I called to report a hit, the attendant was very rude, unprepared, yes I know the high demand, of course I know, but her role is to direct, calm and solve the problem occurred, Dr Sandro seems to be the head of the controller on duty if he even hears the calls, please, inhumane and totally ignorant of the way the attendant answered us.
