Perderam um cliente já na ligação. Pena, os relatos davam esperança de que seria bom.

Eu tinha levado em outras assistenciais que não souberam identificar o problema, e no Samurai eles souberam muito rapidamente identificar o problema e consertar.
Tenham cuidado onde levam suas maquinas, eu já tive problemas com outras lojas [que não souberam qual era o problema e ela voltou com mais defeitos!].
Agora eu só levo minhas máquinas para o Samurai.

Levei a câmera pra fazer uma limpeza no visor e nos botões direcionais que estavam falhando.
Além de entregarem o serviço atrasado, os botões voltaram do mesmo jeito e a câmera voltou com o vidro despolido riscado.
Liguei pra lá e falaram que já estava assim.
Ficou minha palavra contra a deles.
Ou seja a câmera saiu da assistência pior do que entrou.
Dinheiro jogado fora.
E ainda vou ter o prejuízo de mandar trocar o despolido em outro lugar.

A loja entrou em contato pra resolver SOMENTE DEPOIS DA MINHA RECLAMAÇÃO AQUI.
Na primeira vez que eu liguei e avisei do problema, me mandaram pastar.
Disseram que já estava assim que não era responsabilidade deles.
Por conta disso, eu já tinha mandado trocar o despolido em outro local.
Agora vem com essa conversinha que o serviço tem garantia pra tentar enganar que lê os comentários e não sabe que o atendimento é o pior de todos.
Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha Canon 17 55 pra ajeitar o diafragma. Além de resolverem o problema, fizeram a limpeza de pó e fungo e melhoraram o movimento do zoom que era duro. Notei também que ela está focando mais rápido e a estabilização melhorou um pouco. Praticamente uma nova. Obrigado pelo serviço e pela rapidez.
