★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente ha mais de 10 anos. Sempre paguei em dia e já montei 3 casas de móveis com eles. Em março do ano passado comprei diversos móveis e entre eles uma mesa dessas modernas de madeira com uma placa de vidro sobre ela. Em julho (plena pandemia, ou seja ninguém usou a mesa já que só vivo eu e meu marido e não recebemos ninguém) a mesa empenou e o vidro começou a quebrar. Entrei em contato com a vendedora que contatou o dono da loja que entrou. Em contato com o fornecedor. Ficaram me enrolando e no dia de hoje depois de. Muita insistência e 7 meses depois a resposta veio de que não vão fazer nada. Resumido, se eu que sou uma EXCELENTE cliente tive esse tratamento imagino quem compra a primeira vez. Não recomendo para ninguém
I have been a customer for over 10 years. I have always paid on time and have already assembled 3 furniture houses with them. In March last year, I bought several pieces of furniture, including a modern wooden table with a glass plate on it. In July (full pandemic, that is, no one used the table since my husband and I live and we didn't receive anyone) the table buckled and the glass started to break. I contacted the salesperson who contacted the store owner who entered. Contact the supplier. They kept messing me up and today after. Much insistence and 7 months later the answer came that they are not going to do anything. In short, if I am an EXCELLENT customer I had this treatment, I imagine who buys the first time. Do not recommend to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ serviço péssimo, realizei a compra de uma mesa, um rack e um sofá e todos vieram com defeito, vc manda mensagem pra vendedora e a fulana fica dando um chá de canseira em vc e fica inventando desculpa e diz que ela não resolve nada e se quiser reclamar tem que ser com o dono, e os montadores são pior ainda, todos relaxados e trabalham muito mal, passando por uma pandemia vem na sua casa e nem se quer colocam uma mascará. NÃO RECOMENDO ESSA LOJA NEM PRO MEU PIO INIMIGO, NINGUÉM DEVE COMPRAR COM ELES!!!!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE OR PRO MY PIO ENEMY, NO ONE SHOULD BUY WITH THEM !!!!!!
