★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Por 4 vezes entregaram o pedido errado para mim. Eu sempre relevei porque não tinha frescura com o sabor que gosto.
Nessa última vez eles trouxeram meia pizza de um sabor que eu não como, e eu chamei a atenção e comi o resto da pizza. Eles prontificaram por vontade própria de entregar um broto pra compensar, porém não avisaram o horário e nem o dia que entregariam.
Apareceram no de surpresa no meu portão as 00:00 hr e me ligaram uma vez, eu estava no banho e não fazia ideia da entrega.
Depois desconversaram sobre e jogaram a culpa pra mim por não receber, e disseram que não mandariam mais.
Pizzaria mesquinha e incompetente.
Nunca mais peço nada lá! Horrível!
 Terrible! 4 times they delivered the wrong order to me. I always did it again because it wasn’t fresh with the taste I like.
That last time they brought half a pizza of a flavor I don't eat, and I caught my eye and ate the rest of the pizza. They willingly offered to deliver a bud to compensate, but did not advise the time or day they would deliver.
They showed up at the surprise at my gate at 00:00 hr and called me once, I was in the shower and had no idea of the delivery.
Then they talked about it and blamed me for not receiving it, and said they wouldn't send it anymore.
Petty and incompetent pizzeria.
I'll never ask for anything there again! Horrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu acho um desaforo pedir a pizza, a mulher confirmar o pedido, e mandarem a pizza errada, aí a gente liga, a moça fala q vai resolver, passa 17 minutos e ela nem da um retorno, tive que ligar lá ver oq estava ocorrendo, n tem coisa pior que pedir a comida e esperar quase duas horas pra comer.....
I think it's an embarrassment to order the pizza, the woman confirms the order, and they send the wrong pizza, then we call, the girl says she'll solve it, 17 minutes go by and she doesn't even call back, I had to call there to see what was going on , there is nothing worse than ordering food and waiting almost two hours to eat .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre pedia pizza, algumas vezes talvez pela demanda vinha errado. Mas sempre que ligava mandavam um broto ou um refrigerante. Hoje novamente o pedido e chegou errado. Quando mandei mensagem o estabelecimento disse que trocaria a pizza ou me daria um desconto de 5 reais na próxima, quando disse que não achava viável esperar disseram que não poderia fazer muita coisa( perguntou se avia mexido na pizza e respondendo que não pediu para não mexer pois iria retirar) mandou o motoboy e pediu meu pix, quando vi mandaram o valor da pizza mas não a taxa do motoboy. Quando voltei a manda mensagem foram irônico dizendo que não podia fica com o prejuízo do motoboy. Quando vi que estava fazendo pouco caso o rapaz disse que eu poderia ir até a pizzaria retira os dois reais. Quando falei com o mesmo pessoalmente disse que não estava fazendo pouco caso e que iria pedir ao dono para reembolsar o mesmo devolveu os 2 reais. Mas quase tive que ir educadamente ir retira na pizzaria.. infelizmente perderam o respeito pelo cliente
I always ordered pizza, sometimes maybe because of the demand it came wrong. But whenever I called, they sent a bud or a soda. Today again the order and it arrived wrong. When I sent a message, the establishment said that they would change the pizza or give me a discount of 5 reais on the next one, when I said that they didn't think it was feasible to wait, they said they couldn't do much (asked if the pizza had been stirred and replied that they didn't ask not to stir because I was going to withdraw) sent the motoboy and asked for my pix, when I saw it they sent the value of the pizza but not the motoboy fee. When I returned the message, they were ironic saying that I couldn't take the loss of the motoboy. When I saw that I was doing little, the guy said I could go to the pizzeria and take the two reais. When I spoke to him personally, he said that he wasn't doing little and that he would ask the owner to refund the same, he returned the 2 reais. But I almost had to politely go pick it up at the pizzeria.. unfortunately they lost respect for the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido deles e a pizza veio com um cheiro duvidoso . Fiz uma reclamação e a princípio eles nem ligaram para minha reclamação, tive que insistir muito, para que conseguisse uma brotinho no lugar da pizza que fiz pedido.
Traduzindo, paguei por uma pizza grande e recebi uma brotinho !
Experiência péssima !
I placed an order from them and the pizza came with a dodgy smell. I made a complaint and at first they didn't even care about my complaint, I had to insist a lot, so that I could get a sprout instead of the pizza I ordered.
Translating, I paid for a large pizza and received a sprout!
Terrible experience!
