★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desapontado hoje devido ao ter recebido o exame da avó com muitos erros por parte do laboratório labclin que errou no cadastro do nome e data de coleta sem contar que incluíram um convênio de cosmópolis mas a avó fez particular, só acertaram o nome do médico mas é agora, será que o resultado tá certo? Depois destes erros?
Disappointed today because of having received the examination of the grandmother with many mistakes by the laboratory labclin erring on file name and date of collection without counting that included a cosmopolis agreement but the grandmother did privately, just hit the doctor's name but now is the result right? After these errors?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É como já disseram, se for por convênio, vc não vale nada. A recepção é péssima e desumana. Se vc precisa ir às 7h da manhã , e chegar mais cedo, vai ficar passando frio, com criança pequena lá fora! Isso acontece toda semana. Elas chegam antes, mas não abrem o portão, mesmo no inverno. Isso pra mim é falta de amor e respeito ao próximo. A pessoa da limpeza, chega cedo, mas ao invés de passar o pano na recepção, espera encher pra passar pano e fazer o povo sair do lugar. Desnecessário. Isso pq é toda semana. Infelizmente preciso ir lá, pq a Unimed está uma Via Crucis para conseguir vaga para a especialidade que preciso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há dois anos conheço a clínica nota 10 . As recepcionista educadas atenciosas a moça da higiene e do laboratório tbm. Dr . Markus excelente médico genicologista e passo minha bebê com Dr. Débora excelente pediatra.
I have known the Nota 10 clinic for two years. The polite receptionists attentive to the girl from the hygiene and the laboratory too. Dr. Markus is an excellent geneticist and I spend my baby with Dr. Débora, an excellent pediatrician.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica está vazia e mesmo assim o médico demora a atender, parecendo SUS, palhaçada!!! A mais de uma hora esperando uma consulta que achei q seria rápido por não ter ninguém.
The clinic is empty and even so the doctor takes time to answer, looking like SUS, a joke!!! More than an hour waiting for an appointment that I thought would be quick because there was no one.
