★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixamos 3 gatos por quase 3 semanas. Nos foi prometido que dariam notícias, e até enviariam fotos/vídeos. Como estavamos em viagem internacional, tentamos contato via Wahtsapp. Simplesmente não respondiam nossas perguntas, quem dirá enviar fotos ou vídeos. Tivemos q fazer uma ligação internacional para ter notícias. Na volta ao Brasil, qnd formos buscar as gatas, uma delas teve o pelo da cabeça raspado, segundo o atendente, devido a uma ferida q apareceu na pele (rasparam para passar uma pomada e analisar). Reclamei pela não-resposta das mensagem, eles simplesmente me disse q tiveram um problema com o celular... Reclamei q um estabelecimento comercial deveria ter mais atenção e que pelo menos a confirmação de leitura das mensagens deveria ser ativada pra sabermos se pelo menos leram a mensagem. Ele simplesmente disse que como a empresa é dele, ele optou por não mostrar a confirmação... Não recomendo a ninguém... Os vídeos q ele posta no Instagram não mostram a realidade do local...
We left 3 cats for almost 3 weeks. We were promised to give news, and even send photos / videos. As we were traveling internationally, we tried to contact via Wahtsapp. They simply did not answer our questions, who would say send photos or videos. We had to make an international call to get news. On the return to Brazil, when we went to get the cats, one of them had the hair of the head shaved, according to the attendant, due to a wound that appeared on the skin (scraped to pass an ointment and analyze). I complained about the unanswered messages, they simply told me they had a problem with their cell phone ... I complained that a business should get more attention and that at least the message read confirmation should be enabled to know if they even read it. the message. He simply said that since his company is his, he chose not to show confirmation ... I do not recommend it to anyone ... The videos he posts on Instagram do not show the reality of the place ...

Deixo meu cachorro de vez em quando lá.
Acho q falta mais atenção e treinamento do pessoal.
Por exemplo:
Uma vez ao deixar meu cachorro, tive a impressão q ele não queria ir, e a mulher(senhora) saiu puxando ele pela coleira o arrastando na minha frente.
Outro dia quando fui buscá-lo, perguntei sobre a coleira, e a própria jogada no chão, fui eu que achei.
Acho q falta mais interação com os animais.
Essas são minhas críticas, pensando em uma possível melhora.
Mas o local tem um ótimo banho, o espaço é confortável, o valor é justo pelo oferecido.

But the place has a great bathroom, the space is comfortable, the value is fair for what is offered.
