★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tivesse a opção de -1 ESTRELA seria o ideal para essa loja. Produtos bons, numa loja boa e grande, porém os donos e os atendentes prestam um PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO.
Não tem a mínima simpatia e muito menos qualquer boa intenção em ajudar.
Hoje tive um pequeno problema com eles, estou grávida e um pouco debilitada e já fui comprar lá pensando que era uma pena só ter essa loja como opção por aqui, mas depois de hoje, vou até o Japão para comprar qualquer lâmpada, pois nessa loja não voltarei jamais.
Uma pena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja de materiais elétricos para uso residencial está bem localizado porém, a variedade de opções é restrita. Em casos "emergenciais" para adquirir algum item, como lâmpada, é uma opção.
The home electrical supply store is well located but the range of options is limited. In "emergency" cases to purchase some item, such as a light bulb, is an option.

Recomendo nem comprar nesta loja mais

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fiz um pedido com um atendente, foi feita a conferência dos itens entre o atendente e a moça do caixa antes do pagamento, e ela validou. Cheguei em casa e os itens estavam incorretos. Se duas pessoas (atendente e caixa) não são capazes de conferir corretamente uma lista com 10 produtos, é melhor trocar de funcionários urgentemente.
E para completar, fui no dia seguinte realizar o cancelamento da compra e a mesma moça do caixa tratou o ocorrido com uma grosseria desnecessária. Nunca mais compro nessa loja e nem recomendo.
Terrible attendance. I placed an order with an attendant, the items were checked between the attendant and the cashier before payment, and she validated it. I got home and the items were incorrect. If two people (attendant and cashier) are not able to correctly check a list with 10 products, it is better to change employees urgently.
And to top it off, I went the next day to cancel the purchase and the same girl at the cashier treated what happened with unnecessary rudeness. I will never buy from this store again nor recommend it.
