★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorei no primeiro momento. Fiz uma compra e horas depois arrombaram e roubaram tudo de dentro do carro q tinha alugado. Tava no estacionamento do Carrefour. Para solicitar o reembolso dos bens preciso da nota fiscal. Fui a loja é foi negado a 2 via da nota mesmo explicando a situação. A caixa foi mal educada e a gerente mostrou simpatia mas ineficiência. Uma pena. Não volto mais. Pedi o livro de registro de reclamações e me foi negado com a desculpa que iam resolver. Logo depois q sai ontem da loja a gerente ligou dizendo q so podiam procurar a nota mediante boletim de ocorrência. Informamos q levaríamos hoje cedo. Hoje cedo me ligaram informando ser impossível a localização da nota.
 I loved it at first. I made a purchase and hours later they broke in and stole everything from the car I had rented. It was in the Carrefour parking lot. To request the refund of the goods I need the invoice. I went to the store and was denied 2 copies of the note even explaining the situation. The cashier was rude and the manager showed sympathy but inefficiency. A feather. I won't be back. I asked for the complaints record book and was denied with the excuse they were going to resolve. Soon after q left the store yesterday the manager called saying that they could only look for the note through a police report. We inform you that we would take you earlier today. Earlier today I was called stating that it was impossible to locate the bill.
