★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima loja. Comprei um kit de berço e cômoda, a vendedora ligou para o depósito para saber se tinha no estoque e eles confirmaram que sim. Eu efetuei o pagamento porém depois de 10 dias a vendedora me liga toda sem graça dizendo que o pessoal do estoque falou que não tinha e que só chegaria depois de 1 MÊS!!!ja esta na segunda parcela da fatura do cartão e NADA DOS MÓVEIS!!! ja estou na reta final da gestação e até agora o meu filho não tem nem onde dormir ou guardar as coisas. Uma falta de respeito ENORME com o consumidor. PESSIMO. UMA GRANDE ENGANAÇÃO. Nao recomendo essa loja a ninguem.
Bad store. I bought a crib and dresser kit, the seller called the warehouse to find out if it was in stock and they confirmed that it was. I made the payment but after 10 days the seller calls me all embarrassed saying that the stock people said they didn't have it and that it would only arrive after 1 MONTH !!! it is already in the second installment of the card invoice and NOTHING OF FURNITURE !!! I am already in the final stretch of pregnancy and so far my son has nowhere to sleep or keep things. A HUGE lack of respect for the consumer. TERRIBLE. A GREAT MISTAKE. I don't recommend this store to anyone.
