Cheguei Às 8:10h já tinha uma pessoa e então foi atendida, nesse período foram chagando outras pessoas, e para a minha surpresa todas foram sendo atendidas e se quer me deram uma satisfação, então fui perguntar e disseram que eu iria ser atendido por uma dentista que faria uma avaliação e então me passaria pra outro dentista. Achei estranho mas continuei esperando e pasmem continuaram a serem chamados pessoas que chegaram muito depois. Fui me embora. Realmente uma falta de respeito enorme.
Terrible!!! I arrived at 8: 10am there was already a person and then she was attended to, during this period other people were arriving, and to my surprise they were all attended to and if they wanted to give me a satisfaction, then I asked and said that I would be attended by a dentist who would do an evaluation and then pass me on to another dentist. I thought it was strange but I kept waiting and amazingly they continued to be called people who arrived much later. I left. Really a huge lack of respect.

Acho uma falta de respeito e compromisso com o cliente/paciente que foi marcado para 16:00 horas da tarde ser atendido só 19:30 da noite e no final não ser feito nenhum serviço por que não fazem canal, ficar esperando para nada...
E não era só meu esposo não tinha pessoas que foram marcadas para 13:00 da tarde e só foram atendidas as 18:00 ...
Complaint :
I think it's a lack of respect and commitment to the client/patient who was scheduled for 4:00 pm to be seen only at 7:30 pm and in the end no service will be done because they don't make a channel, I wait for anything.. .
And it wasn't just my husband didn't have people who were scheduled for 13:00 in the afternoon and were only attended to at 18:00 ...
