A única coisa que é no horário certo é a hora que abre,agora o cara do raio-X e o médico que pergunta sem olhar para a cara da pessoa kkkk esses são terríveis, chá de espera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita demora na entrega, um laudo psicológico esperar 72 horas pra ir ao medico e somente após isso emitir o ASO é a primeira vez que ouço falar. Nunca uma clinica demorou tanto pra entregar um ASO, exeto em camaçari uma vez, as demais (mais de 20) ou é no dia do exame ou dia seguinte. Tem que melhorar muito isso. Empresa precisa de tudo pra ontem, pois somos cobrados pelos clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de organização e respeito desde a distribuição de senhas, atendimento que começa 7h, são feitos com 30min de atraso, na fila de coleta de exames, não tem uma ordem a ser seguida, pessoas em plena pandemia furam a fila e são atendidos na frente de quem está esperando, papéis de sugestão não disponível na recepção.
Ao questionar não tem uma explicação plausível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, odiei, clínica cheia, apenas 2 funcionárias para fazer ficha, a pessoa fica com fome horas para os exames que necessita do jejum aguardando. Um falta de respeito ao cliente, humanização zero.
Horrible, I hated it, clinic full, only 2 employees to make records, the person is hungry for hours for exams that need fasting waiting. A lack of respect for the customer, zero humanization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora horas pra atender como típico de todas clínicas que usam a desculpa de hora de chegada/ cheguei primeiro esperei três horas pra consulta e pra fazer um exame demorou uma hora

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Os médicos completamente arrogantes e sem educação! O médico é pra chegar nove da manhã, dava 10, 10:30 e nada! Deveriam ter vergonha e melhorar já esse atendimento!
Terrible attendance! Completely arrogant and uneducated doctors! The doctor is supposed to arrive at nine in the morning, it was 10, 10:30 and nothing! They should be ashamed and improve this service now!
