★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui paciente até hoje, pois aí chegar na clínica para o retorno q a recepcionista havia marcado p mim como retorno, fui informada que seria cobrado uma consulta, pois havia passado d 15 dias, como assim, fui buscar o resultado d um exame após 17 dias d consulta pois o laboratório iria atrasar e vcs querem cobrar mais uma consulta ?, e p variar ao chegar na clínica na data marcada, meu exame não havia chegado, fui atoa, sem falar na grosseria de uma das recepcionistas, uma de mais idade...
Meus dois filhos iriam passar em consulta c o Dr Paulinho hoje, cancelei a minha e a deles, não piso mais nessa clínica, só buscarei meu exame e levarei a outra profissional!
