Mandei mensagem para 5 uma me respondeu com bastante falta de interesse. e outra simplesmente não respondeu outras me bloquearam e foram rudes.

I wanted to give a gift to a special woman. Who lives in fortress. In the hope of finding an ideal gift I searched google for a florist.
I sent word to one, and answered me with a great lack of interest. and another simply did not answer others blocked me and were rude.
The sandras floriculture was without doubt from the beginning the best service. Cordiality and patience always.
I made my request 7 days in advance and were understanding they sent me pictures, values, answered all my doubts with respect and attention.
On being delivered I was warned by them.

Infelizmente não tivemos sorte com a pontualidade. Houve 1h30 de atraso.
Estava chovendo muito na região, mas se tivesse programado para estar no local no horário combinado, a chuva não teria atrapalhado.
Contatei a responsável que alegou que o entregador já tinha saído por diversas vezes, depois que a entrega foi finalizada, sendo que não tínhamos recebido. Precisa dar mais atenção a este ponto, até pq se a entrega fosse via moto, justificaria o impedimento por forte chuva.

Unfortunately we were not lucky with the punctuality. There was 1h30 of delay.
It was raining a lot in the area, but if it had been scheduled to be on-site at the agreed time, the rain would not have messed up.
I contacted the person in charge who claimed that the deliverer had already left several times, after the delivery was finalized, and we had not received it. Need to pay more attention to this point, even if the delivery was via motorcycle, would justify the impediment by heavy rain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cesta é muito bonita e foram pontuais na entrega, mas moro fora do Brasil e encomendei uma cesta para meu pai que tem diabetes e fui muito pontual nesse quesito à respeito da dieta dele e ela disse que os alimentos de forno seriam os mesmos e ela colocaria as bebidas diet na cesta, o que nao aconteceu. Fiquei desapontada pq isso é uma certa irresponsabilidade dado que foi mencionado à princípio. Era só nao ter falado que faria isso que eu encontraria um outro lugar ou outro tipo de cesta para ele, mas para vender, ela fez o marketing que nao existiu. Nao recomendo.
The basket is very beautiful and they were punctual in delivery, but I live outside of Brazil and I ordered a basket for my father who has diabetes and I was very punctual in this regard regarding his diet and she said that the oven foods would be the same and she I would put the diet drinks in the basket, which didn't happen. I was disappointed because this is a certain irresponsibility given that it was mentioned at the beginning. It was just not saying that she would do that and I would find another place or another type of basket for him, but to sell, she did the marketing that did not exist. I do not recommend.
