★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa nota 10. Fiz minha mudança com eles no dia 13/07/2019. O pessoal foi ágil, cuidadoso, levaram a minha mudança à sério. Os funcionários todos eram "desenrolados". Muito bons pra montar e desmontar os móveis, embalaram minhas louças, utilizaram plástico bolha para os objetos sensíveis. Enfim, não tive trabalho na mudança. Não sei quando vou mudar de endereço novamente, mas já sei qual empresa vou chamar.
Company note 10. I made my move with them on 07/13/2019. The staff was responsive, careful, they took my change seriously. The employees were all "unrolled." Very good for assembling and disassembling the furniture, packing my dishes, using bubble wrap for sensitive objects. Anyway, I had no work on the change. I do not know when I'll change my address again, but I already know which company I'll call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Da primeira vez, acertei um prazo para entrega que não foi cumprido. Ou seja, vinculei a data de saída do material da antiga residência à data de entrega na nova. Resultado: enviei a mudança em dezembro, passando Natal e Ano Novo sem nada em casa e não recebi a mudança na data acertada. Relevei, pois eles ainda estavam dentro do prazo estabelecido.
Na segunda oportunidade, verifiquei que prazo e contato com o cliente não são os pontos fortes da empresa. Os dois quesitos são fundamentais quando tratamos de mudança. Já estouraram o prazo estabelecido em contrato e não dão a mínima satisfação.
Empresa que não se preocupa com o cliente.
SANGER NUNCA MAIS! Recomendo que busquem outra empresa!
Bad experience. The first time, I set a deadline for delivery that was not met. That is, I linked the date of departure of material from the old residence to the date of delivery in the new one. Result: I sent the change in December, spending Christmas and New Year with nothing at home and did not receive the change on the right date. I did, because they were still on schedule.
At the second opportunity, I realized that deadline and contact with the customer are not the company's strengths. Both requirements are fundamental when it comes to change. The term established in the contract has already expired and do not give the slightest satisfaction.
Company that does not care about the customer.
BLOOD NEVER AGAIN! I recommend looking for another company!

Tive de resolver uma mudança em tempo muito curto, sem conhecer nenhuma empresa de mudanças no Rio de Janeiro e a empresa me ofereceu todo o suporte. Em dois dias as minhas coisas foram coletadas - de forma muito rápida e eficiente - e em 6 dias corridos foram entregues no destino final (a 1300km de distancia da casa de coleta).
Extremamente profissionais, recomendo a todos. Foi uma grata surpresa - é uma empresa de confiança. Muito obrigada a todos os funcionários.
They were wonderful from start to finish. I had to resolve a change in a very short time, without knowing any moving company in Rio de Janeiro and the company offered me all the support. In two days my things were collected - very quickly and efficiently - and in 6 calendar days they were delivered to the final destination (1300km away from the collection house).
Extremely professional, I recommend it to everyone. It was a pleasant surprise - it is a trustworthy company. Thank you very much to all the employees.
