★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um conserto no asfalto de péssima qualidade realizado pela Copasa, depois de substituir um cano de água, tem causado grandes transtornos em nossas residências, inclusive rachaduras nas paredes das casas, já fizemos 3 protocolos junto a Copasa mas nada até hoje. É uma vergonha, do sabem cobrar tarifas absurdas.
A poor quality asphalt repair carried out by Copasa, after replacing a water pipe, has caused great inconvenience in our homes, including cracks in the walls of the houses, we have already made 3 protocols with Copasa but nothing until today. It is a shame, they know how to charge absurd rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que não custa atualizar o horário de atendimento pois nós programamos para ir até o local dentro do horário estipulado pela instituição e encontramos fechado. Fui buscar atendimento às 16:40h e o local já estava com cadeado.
