Porém o processo de implantação do sistema foi confuso, promessas foram feitas e não foram cumpridas. Foram feitas diversas reuniões para alinhamento do escopo, anteriores a apresentação da proposta comercial. Porém, após implantado e concluído, foi informado a necessidade de contratação de um escopo adicional para utilizar o que paguei para implantar inicialmente. Cientes desse problema, prorrogaram por diversas vezes a resolução do problema, até que um dia simplesmente travaram o uso da ferramenta deixando minha empresa inoperante.
It has an interesting tool with good functions for companies from different segments. However, the system implementation process was confusing, promises were made and not kept. Several meetings were held to align the scope, prior to the presentation of the commercial proposal. However, after being implemented and completed, I was informed of the need to hire an additional scope to use what I paid to implement initially. Aware of this problem, they postponed the resolution of the problem several times, until one day they simply stopped using the tool, leaving my company inoperative.
