★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho aqui mostrar meu descontentamento com a prestação dos serviços desta empresa, fui até o balcão de atendimento e solicitei um impressão de um arquivo, atendente muito displicente não se informou o tipo que impressão que eu queria e virou as costas e entrou e me trouxe uma impressão totalmente diferente do que eu precisava, o no final das contas não era o serviço que tinha solicitado e mesmo assim fui obrigado a pagar e trazer o material. Fiquei indignado com eles, ressaltando que não é a primeira vez que isso acontece e como sempre eles não tão se lixando para o cliente, só tem interesse em lucrar.
I come here to show my dissatisfaction with the services provided by this company, I went to the service desk and asked for a printout of a file, a very careless attendant did not tell me what kind of print I wanted and turned his back and came in and brought me a totally different impression from what I needed, in the end it was not the service I had requested and even so I was forced to pay and bring the material. I was indignant with them, pointing out that this is not the first time this has happened and, as always, they don't give a damn about the customer, they are only interested in making a profit.
