★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi tudo muito bem durante a compra e na primeira visita ao prédio, pude ver organização e materiais de qualidade, porém tenho dois pontos de reclamação: 1) Falta de clareza no processo de aquisição de vaga adicional para garagem -> fui a primeira sorteada e acabei perdendo, por falta de clareza na processo da escolha no numero da nova vaga (entrei em contato com o Relacionamento, mas com resposta não conclusiva). 2) A chave do apto deveria ter sido entregue em Janeiro e quase no final de Abril, ainda não tenho noticias sobre numero de matricula. E ao entrar em contato, recebo respostas genéricas e sem data assertiva...entendo que esta não priorização, foi pq não optamos em fechar financiamento com o Banco sugerido pela construtora.
 Everything went very well during the purchase and on the first visit to the building, I could see organization and quality materials, but I have two points of complaint: 1) Lack of clarity in the process of acquiring additional parking space -> I was the first one drawn and I ended up losing, due to lack of clarity in the process of choosing the number of the new vacancy (I contacted the Relationship, but with a non-conclusive answer). 2) The key to the apt should have been delivered in January and almost at the end of April, I still have no news on registration number. And when I get in touch, I receive generic answers without an assertive date ... I understand that this non-prioritization was because we did not choose to close financing with the Bank suggested by the construction company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma unidade no Altos da Samuel Martins. Reformei meu apto e começou aparecer infiltrações na parede da Sala. Entramos em contato com a construtora, onde nos pediram para encaminhar fotos para o primeira análise. Sem ao menos irem até o apartamento, nos retornaram dizendo que a infiltração está sendo ocasionada por culpa da minha vizinha e nos pediram para verificar com ela. Entramos em contato e a parede da vizinha onde está ocorrendo as infiltrações está localizado o sofá dela, ou seja, não tem nada úmido do outro lado para ocasionar uma infiltração. Não mandaram nenhum engenheiro para um laudo. Peguei o apto em Julho de 2021 e nada se resolve. Nunca mais irei indicar para alguém ou comprar mais nenhum imóvel desta construtora que não está nem ai para seus cliente. Absurdo.
I bought a unit at Altos da Samuel Martins. I renovated my apartment and infiltrations began to appear on the living room wall. We contacted the construction company, where they asked us to forward photos for the first analysis. Without even going to the apartment, they returned to us saying that the infiltration is being caused by my neighbor's fault and asked us to check with her. We got in touch and the neighbor's wall where the infiltration is taking place is located on her sofa, that is, there is nothing damp on the other side to cause an infiltration. They didn't send any engineers for a report. I took the fit in July 2021 and nothing is resolved. Never again will I recommend to anyone or buy any more property from this construction company that doesn't care about its customers. Absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria agradecer a Santa Angela como proprietário de um Apartamento do Condomínio Residencial Azaléia da Torre B, onde aconteceu o grave incidente, pelo total suporte prestado ao nosso condomínio e por esta lembrancinha de Páscoa nós desejando "uma nova chance para construir novas histórias com quem você ama", pois não vi nenhuma ação após o incidente apoiando os moradores.
Sou muito grato pelo restabelecimento da Torre B onde a maioria dos custos foram pagos pelo seguro. Mas muito de nós, se sentimos abandonados como moradores e este simples gesto me agradou muito.
Agradeço de coração e bom retorno a todas as famílias ao "Azaléia torre B".
I would like to thank Santa Angela as the owner of an apartment in the Condomínio Residencial Azaléia da Torre B, where the serious incident took place, for the total support provided to our condominium and for this Easter souvenir, wishing us "a new chance to build new stories with whom you loves", as I didn't see any action after the incident supporting the villagers.
I am very grateful for the restoration of Tower B where most of the costs were covered by insurance. But many of us feel abandoned as residents and this simple gesture pleased me a lot.
I sincerely thank you and welcome back to all the families at "Azaléia torre B".
