★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei por cirurgia de emergência neste hospital e fiquei internada por 3 dias. Realizaram exames de laboratório e de imagem. Tudo pelo SUS. Equipe médica, enfermeiros e demais equipes estão de parabéns. Fui muito bem acolhida.
 I underwent emergency surgery at this hospital and was hospitalized for 3 days. They performed laboratory and imaging exams. Everything for SUS. Congratulations to the medical team, nurses and other teams. I was very well received.

Hoje quase chamei a polícia pois minha avó de 91 anos foi esquecida na maldita sala de observação sem ao menos ter sido atendida pelo médico. Por duas vezes eu avisei as funcionárias que ela não havia sido atendida e fui ignorada. Os exames pedidos pelo médico foram feitos pela metade. Ela acamada e sem quase se mover teve que ser carregada pela minha mãe para um banheiro imundo. E a linda festa do inferno custou o que....1 milhão????
It's pitiful, Ana Cintra hospital without structure. I almost called the police today because my 91-year-old grandmother was forgotten in the damn observation room without even being seen by the doctor. Twice I warned the staff that she had not been answered and was ignored. The exams ordered by the doctor were done in half. She bedridden and almost not moving had to be carried by my mother to a filthy bathroom. And the beautiful hell party cost what .... 1 million ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, funcionários com má vontade, cheguei no hospital de madrugada e o médico que me atendeu mandou eu ir embora para casa, mesmo estando em trabalho de parto, nitidamente ele queria ficar na sala dele descansando. Fez o exame de toque numa brutalidade, experiência horrível! Na mesma hora liguei para os meus pais que são de Jaguariúna irem me buscar, nem se compara com o atendimento e a qualidade do hospital Walter Ferrari. Nunca mais volto nesse hospital e não o recomendo para nenhuma gestante.

He took the touch exam in a brutality, horrible experience!
