Patient had a stroke, due to lack of sense of movement. At Santa Casa De Limeira, his cell phone was stolen and used according to the fingerprint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É o pior hospital que eu já fui (área do convênio) Os atendentes são super educados e atenciosos, mas os médicos não sabem o que estão fazendo ali, ou não fazem questão de tratar com humanidade. Em 2019 eu cheguei com muito dor na clavícula falando que eu tinha caído, e antes de pedir o raio x o médico levantou meu braço a 90° até eu chorar de dor no consultório (ele podia ter estourado meus tendões fazendo isso, o que me faria precisar de cirurgia). Depois disso fiz o raio x e o que eu recebi foi "é, quebrou". Obs: qualquer médico sabe que não se deve movimentar suspeitas de fratura. Agora em 2022 eu peguei covid (com sintomas de dor de garganta) e eu saí do hospital com uma receita de antibiótico e corticoide (sem nem mesmo fazerem teste pra ter certeza se e estava com covid). Esses remédios não tem comprovação nenhuma pra covid (a não sei em casos mais graves de internação, que não era o meu caso). SIMPLESMENTE DECEPCIONANTE.
It's the worst hospital I've ever been to (agreement area) The attendants are super polite and attentive, but the doctors don't know what they're doing there, or they don't make a point of treating with humanity. In 2019 I arrived with a lot of pain in my collarbone saying that I had fallen, and before asking for the x-ray, the doctor raised my arm at 90° until I cried with pain in the office (he could have burst my tendons doing this, which would make me need surgery). After that I did the x-ray and what I got was "yeah, it broke". Note: any doctor knows not to move suspected fractures. Now in 2022 I got covid (with symptoms of a sore throat) and I left the hospital with a prescription for antibiotics and steroids (without even taking a test to make sure I had covid). These medicines have no proof for covid (I don't know in more serious cases of hospitalization, which was not my case). SIMPLY DISAPPOINTING.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei mais de 4 hrs para passar na triagem, uma senhora passou mal lá e desmaiou, eles só atendem quando você está morrendo na frente deles e olhe lá. Fiquei indignado com o atendimento mais fácil ir no posto não importa o que você tenha, pois lá só atendem quem vai de ambulância, eu mesmo não consegui atendimento lá
I stayed more than 4 hrs to pass the screening, a lady felt sick there and passed out, they only attend when you are dying in front of them and look there. I was indignant with the easier service to go to the post no matter what you have, because there they only serve those who go by ambulance, I myself couldn't get care there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa deu à luz na segunda-feira dia 02/05. Sem palavras para descrever o excelente atendimento, desde a recepção, limpeza, refeição e até os cuidados pós parto. Diria surpreendente por ser SUS. Equipe médica e de enfermagem maravilhosos no pre e no trabalho de parto. Vejo algumas pessoas reclamando, cada qual com sua razão, mas, por nossa parte, absolutamente nenhuma.

My wife gave birth on Monday 02/05. No words to describe the excellent service, from reception, cleaning, meal and even postpartum care. I would say surprising for being SUS. Wonderful medical and nursing staff in pre and labor. I see some people complaining, each one with their reason, but, on our part, absolutely none.
Congratulations Santa Casa de Limeira, everyone is to be congratulated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei um procedimento no centro cirúrgico no dia 26 de maio de 2022 ,e gostaria de parabenizar toda a equipe médica,em especial o enfermeiro Jhone super qualificado ,e muito prestativo,a circulante de sala Maria e a Kelly técnica de enfermagem,enfim a todos os colaboradores ,fui super bem tratada por todos parabéns a Santa Casa de Limeira e muito obrigada a todos vocês.
