★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei por volta das 10:40 ,apenas 2 pessoas na minha frente . Passando muito mal,não fizeram teste algum e ainda esqueceram de mim na sala covid por mais de 1 hora.
Estou indignado pois mal consigo ficar sentado de tanta dor .Só agora um RX e médicamentos.
 I arrived around 10:40, only 2 people in front of me. Feeling very bad, they didn't do any test and still forgot me in the covid room for more than 1 hour.
I'm indignant because I can't sit still because of the pain. Just now an X-ray and medication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida pelas atendentes e pela equpie de enfermagem e médicos. No dia que fomos atendido o local estava muito limpo. e os sanitários também.observei uma demora na triagem, mas acredito por ter que passar pelo clínico geral antes de passar por qualquer setor. Mas hoje mesmo nos hospitais particulares que já fui a demora é praticamente a mesma. Por isso não tiro o mérito do Santa casa.
I was very well attended by the attendants and the nursing and medical staff. The day we were attended to, the place was very clean. and the restrooms too.I noticed a delay in screening, but I believe because I have to go through the general practitioner before going through any sector. But today, even in the private hospitals I've been to, the delay is practically the same. That's why I don't take the credit for Santa Casa.
