★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente ridículo uma demora pra atender , internacao tem horas pra chega mas não pra ir por quarto uma demora ninguém te fala nada e quando as moças da recepção não segura o papel e some que e muito comum de acontece lá
 It's just ridiculous, a delay to attend, hospitalization has hours to arrive but not to go to a room, a delay, no one tells you anything and when the girls at the reception don't hold the paper and disappear, it's very common to happen there.

conveniado é muito bom, agora o atendimento no Hospital na emergência (pra ser péssimo tem que melhorar muito).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ta uma sacanagem a autorização de exame! To gestante e não estão autorizando exames caso eu tenha que repetir, mesmo que seja com urgencia! Pago por uma coisa que não posso usar.
Exam authorization sucks! I'm pregnant and they're not authorizing exams in case I have to repeat, even if it's urgent! I pay for something I can't use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha filha no hospital da criança no dia 01/12, ela estava com febre acima de 39, vomitando, eu carregando várias coisas, obviamente fui acompanhada da minha tia, para me ajudar. Chegando logo na entrada, a atendente grossa disse que não era para minha tia entrar, se ela não tinha visto o papel lá fora que era uma pessoa só lá dentro, e minha tia questionou se ela teria que ficar do lado de fora no maior sol que faz Ribeirão Preto e ela se contentou a dizer apenas que sim, que ela teria que ficar no sol. Porém se existe regras/normas, elas deveriam ser válidas para todas, pois eu aguardando lá essa mesma atendente liberou 2, pessoas entrar acompanhada, ficar sentada e ainda uma delas ainda entrou no consultório. Se não bastasse isso, ainda tinha 2 médicas (acredito eu que sejam estudantes), que estavam dentro do consultório juntas mexendo no celular, sendo que tinha várias crianças aguardando serem atendidas. Ainda um médico, o único prestativo e que estava atendendo (Daniel), perguntou para elas se elas não iam atender, não sei qual foi a resposta delas, só sei que elas saíram da sala e ficaram encostadas em outro lugar e continuou mexendo no celular, enrolando. Depois de algum tempo, o mesmo médico perguntou para a enfermeira onde que estava as medidas e a enfermeira disse que alguma pessoa (não me recordo o nome), havia liberado elas para estudarem, porque no outro dia elas teriam prova. Pela amor de Deus, como que colocam gente assim para ter contato com o público, até porque elas mesmo não querem isso e mesmo com várias crianças aguardando serem atendidas, ficaram lá paradas mexendo no celular. Santa Casa poderia analisar melhor essa situação, são pessoas totalmente despreparadas, lidando com o público. A única coisa que gostaria de ressaltar foi o carisma e bom atendimento do Daniel e da enfermeira que estava lá e que infelizmente não me recordo o nome, mas que merece ser reconhecida no ambiente de trabalho. Sem dúvidas faz muito mãos do que a profissão dela exigi.

Arriving at the entrance, the rude attendant said that my aunt was not supposed to come in, if she hadn't seen the paper outside that there was only one person inside, and my aunt asked if she would have to stay outside in the brightest sun that Ribeirão Preto does and she was content to just say yes, that she would have to stay in the sun. However, if there are rules/norms, they should apply to all of them, as I was waiting there, and this same attendant released 2, people could enter accompanied, stay seated, and one of them still entered the office. If that wasn't enough, there were still 2 doctors (I believe they are students), who were inside the office together handling their cell phones, and there were several children waiting to be seen. Still a doctor, the only one who was helpful and who was attending (Daniel), asked them if they were not going to attend, I don't know what their answer was, I just know that they left the room and were leaning in another place and continued touching their cell phone , rolling. After some time, the same doctor asked the nurse where the measurements were and the nurse said that someone (I don't remember the name) had allowed them to study, because the next day they would have a test. For God's sake, as they put people like that to have contact with the public, even because they themselves don't want it and even with several children waiting to be seen, they just stood there fiddling with their cell phones. Santa Casa could better analyze this situation, they are totally unprepared people, dealing with the public. The only thing I would like to emphasize was the charisma and good service provided by Daniel and the nurse who was there, who unfortunately I do not remember the name, but who deserves to be recognized in the work environment. Without a doubt, it does a lot more hands than her profession requires.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tá nada fácil, atendimento na ortopedia Tá muito demorado, vim marca cirurgia pra minha fila pelo convênio. A moça quer me atendeu que marca a cirurgia falo pra mim espera que ia passa pelo médico, isso já faz 45 minutos. Agora nem sei quantos tempo ainda vou espera pra chama, nem satisfação dão se vai chama ou não, tô decepcionado com atendimento na área ortopedia. Pago convênio pra te pelo menos atendimento digno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou pela 2º vez dentro do hospital Santa casa unidade de consulta/emergência avenida.Saudade de Ribeirão Preto. E estou enviando esse e-mail para reclamar da demora no atendimento. Hoje tem apenas uma médica atendendo na unidade de gripe/COVID. Cheguei aqui as 08:30 e até agora não fui atendida! Estou em uma salinha minúscula com um monte de gente gripada e tossindo.
Faz 3 horas que eu estou aqui e até agora só passei pela triagem, isso é um absurdo! Todos ao meu redor dizendo que o Convênio Santa Casa está pior que o Sus.
I am for the 2nd time inside the Santa Casa Hospital, an appointment/emergency unit, Avenida.Saudade in Ribeirão Preto. And I'm sending this email to complain about the delay in service. Today there is only one doctor attending the flu / COVID unit. I got here at 08:30 and so far I haven't been answered! I'm in a tiny little room with a bunch of people with the flu and coughing.
I've been here for 3 hours and so far I've only been through the screening, this is absurd! Everyone around me saying that the Santa Casa Agreement is worse than the Sus.
