★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida péssima! Apenas o café da manhã é bom. No restaurante a comida é simplesmente intragável. Hotel não tem nada para fazer, só tem piscina e sauna e, esta, para utilizar ainda tem que pagar. Roubada
 Terrible food! Only breakfast is good. In the restaurant the food is simply inedible. The hotel has nothing to do, it only has a swimming pool and sauna and you still have to pay to use it. stolen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hotel é bonito e com uma vista maravilhosa, mas tirando isso não tem nada demais! Crianças não são bem vindas, quase tive que "esconder" um bebê para conseguir me hospedar, pois há um limite de 1 criança por quarto e eu tenho 2 filhos. O restaurante, onde é servido o café da manhã e as refeições é na ponta mais baixa do terreno, e não há cobertura contra chuva para descer até lá. Não tem serviço de quarto, quando pedi uma refeição para meu filho, meu marido teve que descer na chuva para buscar o prato, que quando chegou já estava frio por sinal. O estacionamento é longe e sem cobertura. O café da manhã é bem simples e com pouca variedade. A moça da recepção tem a cara fechada e não dá nem um boa tarde para recepcionar os hóspedes. Me encheram saco para mandar todas informações de todos hóspedes previamente, a título de nada, pois quando chegamos tivemos que preencher as fichas uma a uma para cada pessoa. Não recomendo, gaste seu dinheiro em outro lugar! Na verdade ficamos aqui por falta de opção mesmo pois como era feriado a cidade estava bem cheia.
The hotel is beautiful and with a wonderful view, but apart from that it's no big deal! Children are not welcome, I almost had to "hide" a baby to be able to stay with me as there is a limit of 1 child per room and I have 2 children. The restaurant, where breakfast and meals are served, is at the lower end of the land, and there is no rain cover to go down there. There is no room service, when I ordered a meal for my son, my husband had to go down in the rain to get the dish, which when it arrived was already cold. Parking is far away and without cover. Breakfast is very simple and with little variety. The girl at the reception is frowning and doesn't even have a good afternoon to welcome guests. They pissed me off to send all the information from all guests beforehand, for nothing, because when we arrived we had to fill in the forms one by one for each person. Do not recommend, spend your money elsewhere! In fact, we stayed here for lack of option because as it was a holiday the city was very crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estivemos no último final de semana para uma comemoração de 30 anos de formatura e tivemos uma grande decepção com a comida servida no almoço e na janta. Além de muito simples , não condizendo com o tipo de comemoração. Mais frustrante ainda foram alguns pratos que vieram mal preparados , inclusive um frago empanado servido crú.
Dra isso tenho a destacar positivamente o atendimento dos funcionários, muito educados e solícitos e o café da manhã muito bem servido.
Enfim não recomendaria pensão completa .
We were there last weekend for a celebration of 30 years of graduation and we had a big disappointment with the food served for lunch and dinner. In addition to being very simple, it doesn't match the type of celebration. Even more frustrating were some dishes that were poorly prepared, including a breaded chicken served raw.
I have to positively highlight the service provided by the employees, who are very polite and helpful and the breakfast very well served.
Anyway I would not recommend full board.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ficamos hospedados no feriado no hotel. A propaganda é ótima! Mas não tem serviço de quarto, o estacionamento é longe e não é permitido ir de carro até próximo aos quartos. Reservamos ofurô um dia antes do uso, para meia hora antes nos avisarem que estava com problemas há alguns dias, sendo que aguardamos e programamos nossa viagem com os passeios, conciliado. Poderíamos estar em passeio neste momento. As pessoas não usam máscara no café da manhã. Se servem sem máscara e sem luvas, e ninguém fala nada!
Em si é bem bonito, mas a recepção, comunicação e cordialidade deixam a desejar.
We stayed on holiday at the hotel. Advertising is great! But there is no room service, parking is far away and it is not allowed to drive near the rooms. We booked a hot tub one day before use, for half an hour before they let us know it was in trouble for a few days, and we waited and scheduled our trip with the tours, reconciled. We could be on tour right now. People don't wear masks for breakfast. They serve themselves without a mask or gloves, and nobody says anything!
In itself it is very beautiful, but the reception, communication and cordiality leave something to be desired.

Gostei muito do atendimento, os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos… Café da manhã simples mas uma delícia, suco com frutas frescas , bolo de maçã com nozes … Sério comam que o bicho é bom… kkk.
Piscina maravilhosa com uma vista incrível… Só gostaria de sugerir algumas oportunidades de melhorias..
Acho que a noite poderia ter um sonzinho ao vivo.. rs ( mas entendo que talvez o intuito do hotel seja o sossego) , televisão com canais a cabo, pq só tem canais abertos e uma brinquedoteca pra crianças… Isso ajuda os pais que é uma beleza, kkkk …
Mas mais uma vez, gostei bastante de tudo…
Voltaria mais vezes…
We stayed in this last weekend on 12/10/21.
I really enjoyed the service, the staff are very polite and attentive… Breakfast is simple but delicious, juice with fresh fruit, apple cake with nuts… Seriously eat that the animal is good… hahaha.
Wonderful pool with an incredible view… I would just like to suggest some improvement opportunities..
I think there could be a little live sound at night.. lol (but I understand that maybe the hotel's purpose is peace of mind), cable TV, because it only has open channels and a playroom for children... This helps parents, who is a beauty, hahaha …
But once again, I really liked everything…
I would come back more often…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei 3 noites no hotel. Gostei bastante. O hotel é muito bonito. Funcionários simpáticos e educados. Limpeza impecável, quarto espaço, com ótimas instalações e com uma vista excepcional. O acesso e deslocamentos para fora do hotel, precisam ser feitos de carro. A praia Corumbê, dá uns 5 minutos do hotel seguindo sentido centro histórico. De refeições no hotel, só utilizei o café da manhã e este não achei espetacular, mas me atendeu bem. Enfim, recomendo e pretendo voltar quando possível. É um excelente local para relaxar e curtir Paraty.
I spent 3 nights at the hotel. I really liked it. The hotel is beautiful. Friendly and polite staff. Impeccable cleanliness, spacious room, with great facilities and an exceptional view. Access and transfers out of the hotel must be done by car. Corumbê beach, about 5 minutes from the hotel, heading towards the historic center. As for meals at the hotel, I only used breakfast and this was not spectacular, but it served me well. Anyway, I recommend and plan to come back when possible. It is an excellent place to relax and enjoy Paraty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é ótimo, aconchegante e confortável. Os funcionários são muito educados, inclusive o gerente Adriano que nos recebeu muito bem e nos apresentou as opções de quarto. O café da manhã é top, vale muito a pena hospedar neste hotel.
The place is great, cozy and comfortable. The staff are very polite, including the manager Adriano who received us very well and showed us the room options. The breakfast is top, it's worth staying at this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hotel é lindo, o quarto é bem amplo e tem varanda com uma vista espetacular para o mar, os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos, todas as dependências do hotel são muito limpas e organizadas... recomendo passar alguns dias. Lugar perfeito para descansar e repor as energias. Muito obrigado Wilson!!
The hotel is beautiful, the room is very large and has a balcony with a spectacular view of the sea, the staff are very polite and attentive, all the hotel's facilities are very clean and organized...
