★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma casa com eles, porem os valores de documentação que haviam passado na hora da negociação, que variavam de um valor menor ao maior, sempre dava o maior, tivemos que pagar 10 IPTU de anos passados que eles sabiam que isso iria acontecer e nem se quer informaram na negociação. Mostrando então malicia e se aproveitando de quem não tinha conhecimento, fora isso também a casa é térrea e estava com a parte de baixo das paredes com umas bolhas e haviam dito que qualquer 10 mil resolvia, longe desse valor dar fim nesse problema, Gastamos muito mais. Pedimos para entrar em contato com o antigo dono para revermos os valores do IPTU de anos passados onde o vendedor já havia recebido carta para regularizar o IPTU a mais de 5 anos, porque ele havia construído e não havia atualizado, a conclusão foi que nem se quer deram atenção e quem ficou com o prejuízo de mais de 50 mil foi eu.
