★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered some tiles for an outside area. First you need to go inconveniently to the distribution center (at least here they help you to put the stuff into the car). Back home we noticed they gave us the wrong tiles (we wanted anti slip ones). So we called them and apparently they have the same box same number for 2 variations of tiles, one is slippery when wet, the other is not. First they didn't believe us, so we had to bring all tiles back to the shop to compare them with the anti slippery ones they had there. And see, we were right.
Before any more trouble with returned the piles and went to Leroy Merlin, much better experience there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fails to meet the promised delivery deadlines. I've bought many items paying in advance last December, and agreed a 90 days delivery period. Almost 120 days have passed now and they don't even contact me, I need to go after them, and they are not properly responsive. What is even worse is that, for one of the items, they delivered me a dirty/poorly packed floor model. I don't recommend it.
