★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um lugar muito bom, apesar de perder um pouco de pontos na parte da segurança, qualquer pessoa que souber um número de bloco e apartamento pode entrar livremente, mesmo não sendo morador. Seria bom melhorar esta parte, isso representa grande risco para todos os moradores.
