★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde quando abriu não tem boa recepção. Não possuem telefones que funcionem, e quando funcionam não atendem. O único lugar que conheço que para marcar/ desmarcar uma consulta, ou tirar uma dúvida tem que ir pessoalmente. Absurdo isso! Os médicos são bons, mas, o atendimento na recepção sempre deixou a desejar. Como pude ver nos comentários, não sou a única a falar. Talvez isso não seja um problema das funcionárias. Tomara que a direção tome alguma providência.
Since it opened it has not had a good reception. They don't have phones that work, and when they work they don't answer. The only place I know that to schedule / unmark an appointment, or take a question, you have to go in person. Absurd it! The doctors are good, but the service at the reception has always left something to be desired. As I could see in the comments, I'm not the only one talking. This may not be a problem for employees. I hope the management takes some action.

Hospital percimo that nen can have companion only pq and at sus has such a rose that is the right arm of doltora afra that is more annoying than she attendimemnto persimo with this runt of the indinha and on top of badly educated that nen knows meets the people and that's why i say something for sus they love to step so cuz sometimes the person doesn't have money pays for a room

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento deixa muito a desejar, atendente (computador 02) sem cordialidade nenhuma, falta treinamento e boa vontade. Banheiro feminino sem fechar o trinco, sem sabão para lavar as mão e sem álcool.
The service leaves a lot to be desired, attendant (computer 02) without any cordiality, lack of training and goodwill. Women's bathroom without closing the latch, without soap for hand washing and without alcohol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Clinica e os profissionais sao otimos. Principalmente na parte da endoscopia! Dra. Ana Carolina eh fantástica. A unica coisa que deve melhorar é o atendimento de uma das recepcionistas, que parece sempre impaciente, e mal humorada, e cheia de má vontade pra atender as duvidas dos pacientes.
The Clinic and the professionals are great. Especially in the endoscopy part! Dr. Ana Carolina is fantastic. The only thing that should improve is the service of one of the receptionists, who always seems impatient, and moody, and full of unwillingness to answer the patients' doubts.
