Every time I needed to call to solve a problem in the company, I was extremely poorly attended. Staff rude in the benefit industry. Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi tanta falta de educação para conseguir uma informação no setor de benefícios/contratos. Acredito que um cachorro é tratado com mais respeito. Ficamos muitas vezes sem as informações que queremos ou sem coragem de ligar para perguntar, afinal de contas ninguém merece ser tratado com tamanha falta de educação. Isso porque o questionamento foi pelo telefone, se fosse pessoalmente teria apanhado.
Se fosse um caso isolado tudo bem, mas TODAS as vezes que precisei saber de alguma informação junto a Santa Fé, seja referente a salário, seja referente a CCT, ou até mesmo sobre vale alimentação fui extremamente mal atendida. Pena que educação para tratar o trabalhador passou longe do setor administrativo.
I have never seen such a lack of education to get information in the benefits / contracts sector. I believe that a dog is treated with more respect. We are often without the information we want or without the courage to call to ask, after all no one deserves to be treated with such a lack of education. That's because the questioning was over the phone, if it were personally I would have been beaten.
If it were an isolated case, that would be fine, but EVERY time I needed to know some information with Santa Fé, be it regarding salary, whether referring to CCT, or even about food stamps, I was extremely poorly attended to. Too bad that education to treat the worker passed away from the administrative sector.

An employee who answers the phone, Jackeline's ok, very rude, thinks she is the owner of the company, she wanted to go to the company and tell some truths in her face. I have a business and I don't even treat people like that as an owner. Company trash!
