Paguei 70% do valor adiantado, não entregam e dão diversas desculpas, isso porque são apenas dois boxes e dois espelhos, coisas muito simples . Por causa de uma diferença no preço, optei por essa empresa, me ARREPENDO muito . O barato saiu caro. NÃO INDICO . Só dei uma estrela para poder postar, na verdade, teria nota Negativa
Disappointing level of care and service. Terrible. I paid 70% of the amount in advance, they don't deliver and they give several excuses, that's because there are only two boxes and two mirrors, very simple things. Because of a difference in price, I opted for this company, I really regret it. Cheap turned out to be expensive. I DO NOT INDICATE. I only gave one star to be able to post, in fact, it would have a Negative rating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam desta Vidracaria. Gastei mais de 15 mil reais e só tive dor de cabeça. Paguei antecipado quase 90% do valor e combinaram data de instalação que não ocorreu. Eu tinha que ligar mtas vezes e quando alguém me retornava parecia que estavam me fazendo um favor. No dia da instalacao, na manhã inteira só Instalaram um dos trilhos e nada mais. Fizeram 1h40 de almoço e apenas com minhas ligacoes enviaram mais pessoas aqui. Passaram com o carro por cima de parte das esquadrias e queriam instalar daquele jeito torta dizendo que veio assim da fábrica. Apenas qdo o profissional mais cuidadoso interviu, decidiram Instalar a peça quebrada e esperar 1 mês p repor ela. Ninguém voltou p repor. Me pediram para deixar um vão de 18cm no mínimo mas uma das portas tem 10cm e ficou um acabamento feio. Pedi p reencherem e mandaram apenas parte das esquadrias e as demais queriam me cobrar mais 500 reais por algo que eles que me passaram as medidas e eu segui as orientações. Comprei um espelho e esperei quase 1 mês. Agendaram a instalação esperei o dia todo e ninguém apareceu. No final do dia, após minhas msgs reagendaram para o dia seguinte e novamente ninguém apareceu. Eu tive que enviar msgs e ligar para saber o q estava havendo e me disseram que não viriam novamente naquele dia. Absurdo não avisarem o cliente sobre mudanças de datas e serem profissionais e respeitosos com que trabalhou para comprar os serviços deles. Desmarquei compromissos para esperar por dois dias. Falaram que viriam no dia seguinte às 7h sem sequer saber se eu poderia neste horário e achando normal eu ter ficado esperando por dias sem ninguém aparecer aqui. Avisei ha quase 1 mês que uma das mãos amigas tinha soltado, impedindo o fechamento da porta, não tive nenhuma resposta até hoje. Não recomendo para ninguém.
Run away from this Glassworks. I spent more than 15 thousand reais and only had a headache. I paid in advance almost 90% of the amount and they agreed on an installation date that did not occur. I had to call many times and when someone called me back it felt like they were doing me a favor. On the day of installation, all morning they only installed one of the rails and nothing else. They had 1h40 of lunch and just with my calls they sent more people here. They drove the car over part of the frames and wanted to install it in that crooked way, saying it came from the factory like that. Only when the most careful professional intervened, they decided to install the broken part and wait 1 month to replace it. Nobody came back to replace. I was asked to leave a gap of at least 18cm but one of the doors is 10cm and the finish is ugly. I asked them to fill in and they sent only part of the frames and the others wanted to charge me another 500 reais for something that they gave me the measurements and I followed the guidelines. I bought a mirror and waited almost 1 month. They scheduled the installation, waited all day and no one showed up. At the end of the day after my messages rescheduled for the next day and again no one showed up. I had to text and call to find out what was going on and I was told they wouldn't be coming back that day. Absurd not to notify the client about changes in dates and to be professional and respectful with those who worked to buy their services. I unscheduled appointments to wait for two days. They said they would come the next day at 7 am without even knowing if I could at this time and thinking it was normal for me to have been waiting for days without anyone showing up here. I warned almost 1 month ago that one of the friendly hands had let go, preventing the door from closing, I have not had any response until today. I don't recommend it to anyone.
