encontrei a loja por acaso no Facebook, resolvi manda msg pois eles tinham oque eu tanto precisava!
sai de PIRACICABA pra ir até a loja.
gastei 30 min de carro para buscar o revestimento, pois pela quantidade não entregavam.
enfim, cheguei lá e fui dar uma olhada, pois já tinha combinado tudo com a vendedora pelo watts, só fui buscar mesmo e conhecer!
peguei o que queria uma senhora que estava no caixa ( acredito ser a dona, só pela cara) nem boa tarde deu...
enfim, comprei um rejunte junto R$21,00
fui pegar os pisos e rejunte onde a vendedora falou, em um depósito...
chegando lá, o cara colocou os pisos no carro e esqueceu do rejunte!
mandei msg na data de hoje falando que ele não deu, e pedi se tinha como estornar o valor, ela disse se não tinha como eu SAIR de PIRACICABA, 30 min de pista, pagar pedágio mais gasolina pra pegar UM REJUNTE pois eles não poderiam fazer o estorno!
eu NUNCA VI uma empresa fazer isso com um consumidor!
o erro foi deles, e mesmo assim nao quiseram devolver meu dinheiro!
primeira e última vez que compro!
com certeza 21.00 vai fazer muitaa falta para a dona!

I found the store by chance on Facebook, I decided to send a message because they had what I needed so much!
leaves PIRACICABA to go to the store.
I spent 30 minutes by car to get the coating, because they didn't deliver because of the amount.
anyway, I got there and went to take a look, because I had already arranged everything with the seller through watts, I just went to get it and meet!
I took what I wanted from a lady who was at the cashier (I believe she was the owner, just by her face) not even good afternoon...
anyway, I bought a grout together R$21.00
I went to get the floors and grout where the saleswoman said, in a warehouse...
getting there, the guy put the floors in the car and forgot about the grout!
I sent a message on today's date saying that he didn't, and I asked if there was a way to refund the amount, she said if there was no way I could LEAVE PIRACICABA, 30 min of track, pay tolls plus gasoline to get A GROUND because they couldn't do it the chargeback!
I have NEVER seen a company do this to a consumer!
it was their mistake, and they still didn't want to give my money back!
first and last time I buy!
surely 21.00 will be sorely missed by the owner!
they didn't give me the money back and I didn't have the grout!
a total ABSURD.
