Minha primeira e última experiência com esse restaurante. Fiz o pedido pelo ifood, fiquei esperando duas horas e, de repente, cancelaram o pedido. Isso porque eu já havia entrado em contato com o restaurante e me disseram que seria entregue. Como o estorno do cartão sairá apenas amanhã, fiquei sem limite e com fome. Tive um dia estressante, só queria poder me alimentar bem, ter um pouco de conforto, mas vou dormir com fome, depois de passar o dia sem comer porque não tive tempo.
My first and last experience with this restaurant. I placed the order for ifood, I waited two hours and, suddenly, they canceled the order. That's because I had already contacted the restaurant and was told it would be delivered. As the card will only be refunded tomorrow, I became limitless and hungry. I had a stressful day, I just wanted to be able to eat well, have a little comfort, but I'm going to sleep hungry after spending the day without eating because I didn't have time.

Péssima experiência! Não tive coragem de comer quando chegou o prato depois de atrasar mais de 30 minutos, carne e crua e para finalizar ainda vi um gato saindo da cozinha com sua janta "rato" na boca. Será que a vigilância sanitária já passou por esse recinto alguma vez?
Bad experience! I didn't have the heart to eat when the dish arrived after being more than 30 minutes late, meat and raw and to finish I still saw a cat coming out of the kitchen with its "mouse" dinner in its mouth. Has the health surveillance ever passed through this area?

Exçelente sabor só não dou 5 estrelas pois demorou muito em servir. Se tiver paciência de esperar 1h e pouco pra comer Vale a pena.
Excellent flavor, I just don't give it 5 stars because it took a long time to serve. If you have the patience to wait an hour or so to eat, it's worth it.

Ridículo! Não sou de Imperatriz e me recomendaram esse lugar devido à qualidade da comida. Realizei o PIX do meu pedido às 20:30h e devido a demora na entrega, às 21:25h questionei o estabelecimento quanto a previsão da entrega. O estabelecimento me disse que já estava a caminho (21:25h). 21:54 eu informei que se não chegasse em 10 min, eu exigiria o PIX de volta e nao aceitaria o pedido. O estabelecimento disse que entregava em no máximo 10 minutos (22:04h). 22:04 eu exigi o PIX de volta e disse que não aceitaria o pedido. 22:06 o estabelecimento AFIRMOU que o entregador "já" chegou, entretanto eu estava na recepção do hotel e não tinha nenhum entregador. 22:08h o entregador chegou, eu não aceitei o pedido e recebi o PIX do restaurante como exigido. Se o restaurante informasse que esqueceu do pedido ou que estava com alta demanda, eu aceitaria.... Mas MENTIR e dizer que o pedido já estava a caminho... Dizer que o entregador já estava na recepção... Isso é fazer o consumidor de PALHAÇO.
Ridiculous! I'm not from Empress and they recommended this place to me because of the quality of the food. I performed the PIX of my order at 20:30h and due to the delay in delivery, at 21:25h I questioned the establishment about the delivery forecast. The establishment told me it was already on its way (9:25 pm). 21:54 I informed that if it didn't arrive within 10 min, I would demand the PIX back and not accept the request. The establishment said it would deliver in a maximum of 10 minutes (22:04h). 22:04 I demanded the PIX back and said I wouldn't accept the request. 22:06 the establishment SAID that the delivery person "already" arrived, however I was at the hotel reception and there was no delivery person. 22:08h the delivery man arrived, I did not accept the order and received the PIX from the restaurant as required. If the restaurant reported that it forgot the order or that it was in high demand, I would accept.... But to LIE and say that the order was already on its way... Saying that the delivery person was already at the reception... That's making the consumer a CLOWN.
