Uma clínica enorme mal gerenciada, só pode.
Não dá pra colocar a culpa só nas atendentes, que tbm não são nenhum pouco educadas e gentis. Falta organização em consulta, exames, falta humanização.
Resumindo estou decepcionada e não recomendo essa clínica

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou bem decepcionada com a clínica, fui agendar uma consulta com uma ginecologista e a primeira pergunta que fazem se é convênio, aí dizem que tem consulta para setembro. Absurdo, é melhor não atender convênios. Desrespeito com as pessoas. Todo profissional atende convênio no começo da carreira e depois vão abandonando os convênios. Se é para pagar consulta não precisamos de convênio.
I am very disappointed with the clinic, I went to schedule an appointment with a gynecologist and the first question they ask if it is an agreement, then they say there is an appointment for September. Absurd, it is better not to comply with covenants. Disrespect for people. Every professional attends an agreement at the beginning of their career and then they abandon the agreements. If it is to pay for consultation we do not need an agreement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha faz tratamento com psicóloga, hj na consulta chegou atrasada a atendente de recepção, foi extremamente grosseira com ela, sem nenhuma necessidade, pois ela já havia pedido desculpas pelo atraso, lamentável incidente. Não foi a primeira vez que essa funcionária a trata com pouca educação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos que trabalham são excelentes, porém, se precisar agendar uma consulta, não tente pelo whatsapp, é um atendimento muito lento chega levar mais de 1 dia pra responder, se tentar usar o telefone também não vai conseguir, só toca e ninguém atende. Mas o engraçado é que quando você vai a consulta os funcionários não desgrudam do celular, acredito que seja o volume de pessoas querendo falar. Então peguei sua condução e vá até a clínica, lá será bem atendido.
The doctors who work are excellent, however, if you need to schedule an appointment, don't try via whatsapp, it's a very slow service, it takes more than 1 day to answer, if you try to use the phone you won't be able to either, it just rings and no one answers. But the funny thing is that when you go to the consultation, the employees don't let go of their cell phone, I believe it's the volume of people wanting to talk. So I took your transport and go to the clinic, there you will be well attended.
